Hi @kirzero98
Thank you for the information!
Your account was not yet approved, so I just approved it now.
Can you try again and see if it works now?
Best,
Hi @voicetoons
Hi gang is there a way to change the wording in the email sent to admin when a new user joins? Currently it says;
Sorry, that’s not yet possible by default.
However, you can try using Loco Translate to change the wording for that string:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
This might be a viable (and free) option to test.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best,
Hi @ilconterik
Is it possible to turn off the sign-up confirmation for the customers signing up at checkout while leaving it on for the rest of the sign-up forms
The sign-up confirmation option is enforced when sending emails with MailPoet Sending Service, and there’s no option to disable it in MailPoet’s Settings > Sign-up confirmation tab.
So, there is no way to disable it, even for WooCommerce users. Unless, of course, you use another 3rd-party sending method.
If the option “Opt-in on checkout” is not checked, all WooCommerce customers will be automatically added as “Unsubscribed”.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi @cfm168
This looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?
If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.
You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
Let us know how that goes!
Hi @kirzero98
I can’t fix it, it’s not resend confirmation mail although i choose send with mailpoet seding serives and activated key. Please help me!
Can you confirm which website you used to create an account with us?
If everything is configured, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
After doing it, please check if you can send yourself a preview of a newsletter to confirm the sending method is working as expected.
Let me know if it works!
Hi @ldeschenes
The question is: How do I configure MailPoet to send Newsletter thru the “Default WordPress sending method” ?
That’s not possible because the emails you usually send with the WP Default sending method are transactional, not email marketing. This process is simpler, as you will send emails individually to each person, in order to complete a transaction under your website (such as password reset, receive an invoice, etc). In addition to the fact that requests for these emails are created within WordPress itself, from some action of your users.
Sending emails via MailPoet, on the other hand, is more complex, does not use WordPress requests and therefore it is necessary that the server be configured to specify where these emails will be sent.
I hope this will clarify this issue, but if you have more questions, please let me know.

Hi @ldeschenes
I want to send MailPoet Newsletters thru WordPress default sending method.
If in Settings->Send by, I choose Others and Configure, the choices are : Hoster/Web Server, SMTP, SendGrid and Amazon but no choice for WordPress default method (wp_mail).
I am missing something ?WordPress on its own, cannot send emails as it depends on a server for this to happen.
When you select “Other”, you need to define which server you are using.
In most cases, people use their own website host. So if you use, let’s say, a Cpanel, you will need to configure your Cpanel information so the sending as Others works.
You can read more about it here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/135-the-send-with-tab
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi @mweber37
Will this in any way interfere with the Mailpoet sending service?
As long as you have selected to send the transactional emails with the default WP option, you can use a 3rd-party SMTP plugin and add the referent DMARC and SPF records to your domain.
But if you have any issues with it, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Hi @cfm168
I just found that MailPoet disappeared from Dashboard and Plugins list. I tried to install it again but fail for existing file installed. I’m still not reach 1000 subscribers.
Please advise why, and how can I fix this problem?
This usually happens when the plugin is installed but not active.
Could you go to your plugins tab and check if MailPoet is active?
best,
I Would like select this content of my custom type in newsletter.
But in widget “articles” or “Last content auto” I not show my custom tpye.
Can you help me ?In the post-selection area you should be able to select custom post types as long as they are available in the search. If they have the exclude_from_search argument then they won’t show.
Can you let us know if it’s a post type you’ve created or one generated by a plugin?
Best,
Hi @hashc1
Would these be custom emails for each recipient, like follow-up emails? If that’s the case, and you want something more automated, that won’t be possible.
If it’s something temporary and you can use the same template, I would suggest sending a preview of a newsletter created for this to each subscriber individually.
Hi @nikelaos
It’s been about a year now since I reported this problem once before – it still doesn’t work
This apparently sounds like a plugin changing your WordPress default features.
Usually, security plugins do this. Do you use something like WordFence?
Use this guide to test for plugin conflicts: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
You can also try temporarily deactivating the other plugin, then test your manage subscription page to see if it works.
Let me know how it goes!

fixed, sorry

Hi @lucanepote
I have to add manually some subscribers from a MailPoet list with Zapier based on Stripe (cancelled subscription) trigger, is that possible?
We don’t integrate with Zapier directly. There are some plugins, e.g. https://automatorplugin.com/connect/mailpoet-to-zapier/ but most of them are paid.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
