Thank you for contacting. The plugin comes with 4 user roles: Support Supervisor, Support Manager, Support Agent and Support User.
Support Agent is a perfect role for the Agents, and they will only be able to see the tickets and reply to them. You can assign this role to any user that is suppose to be an agent.
