We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This issue has been addressed in our last update and users with the older versions are experiencing this issue, we kindly request you to update the plugin to the latest version. The issue occurred to those sites who have multisite features enabled.
Please also, check your custom JS/CSS menu under the popup and if you have any unknown code, please remove it. Also, please make sure you don’t have any unknown admin account on your site.

Currently, we are using Polylang and WPML for translation purposes, and these plugins work seamlessly with most languages. You also have the option to translate strings according to your needs. However, we don’t have an alternative workaround available at this point.
Regarding the premium version, we do offer additional features that may address your concerns. However, please note that specific design customization and language issues may vary based on your setup and requirements.

Alternatively, you may explore using the WP All Export plugin. This plugin allows for exporting data from your WordPress site, including tickets, and then importing it into another site. However, please note that you would need to verify if this method adequately handles the migration of the database and specifically the tickets.
