In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Agent auto-assignmentHello @tatianab19
Thank you for reaching out. That does sound unusual, as the creator cannot be an agent. Could you please confirm your current versions of Awesome Support, PHP, and WordPress?
You can set the default assignee by navigating to:
Tickets > Settings > General > General Admin and Agent Options > Default AssigneePlease check this setting, and if the issue persists, let us know. We’re here to help.
Best regards,
Hi @tatianab19

Hello @ph59
Thank you for reaching out. The plugin cannot detect if a member is logged in. However, if you want to show the popup only to logged-in users, that is possible with our advanced targeting addon.

Hi @heyy
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To address the issue, we need more information, such as your current POPUP builder version, PHP version, and WordPress version. This issue is likely due to a theme or plugin conflict. The easiest way to diagnose it is by disabling other plugins one by one and switching to the default 2023 theme.
If the issue resolves, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit, including the theme. If you are uncomfortable doing this on your production site, you can test this on a staging site and share access with us through our dedicated support page. We will investigate the issue and provide personalized support.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
Warm Regards
Thank you for reaching out. I have checked the issue and confirmed that the “Upcoming Certificate Course” popup does appear for me. Please try verifying this with a different browser or in incognito mode.
If the issue persists, please contact us through our dedicated support forum. We will be happy to provide personalized assistance with your case.
