Hi @kwchanas,
If you are still unable to see the updates on the both the Plugins and the Updates page in the WordPress backend, we suggest updating manually. I’m sorry that you are experiencing this difficulty in updating. Feel free to leave us a ticket on our site at https://enviragallery.com/contact/ if you have continued issues.
Thanks and have a great weekend!
Hi @bcalles,
Thanks for asking! We are still considering adding this functionality. However, we are unable to give any ETA on this. The process generally goes like this:
Feature request submitted for consideration. We discuss and see where/if it best fits into our product roadmap. If it makes the cut, the feature is developed, rigorously tested, and then released. Things are still in process for this particular feature request.
Thanks so much for reaching out about it!
Hi @mark0tz,
Thanks for asking. We have just released a major update that addresses the Addons and Settings pages. Would you confirm that you have updated to the most recent version?
Thanks so much!
Hi @stevenroh-1,
Thanks for reaching out with this issue. We’re happy to help! 😉
Do you mind deactivating all non-Envira plugins and activating the default theme Twenty Seventeen to see if the issue persists? It’s possible that there is a plugin or something in your Divi child theme that is interfering with Envira’s functionality.
Looking forward to your reply!
Cheers, James

Hi @kwchanas,
Thanks for reaching out! 😉
In regards to issue #1, this is actually a bug released in a recent version of Google Chrome. Our development team is looking into this further. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. Because this is a browser bug, you can use another browser like Firefox of Safari until things are sorted.
For issue #2, would you mind submitting a ticket at https://enviragallery.com/contact? We’d be able to more fully assist you and the premium addons in this way.
Looking forward to your reply and thanks!

Hi @brandonsmee,
It appears that everything is up and going now. If I may, what was the issue?
Thanks in advance!
Hi @brandonsmee,
Thanks for reaching out with this issue.
It looks like one of the recently updated captions/titles is breaking the layout from fulling loading. Would you mind sharing what is contained in those captions/titles for the first several images? Thanks so much!
Hi @anotherdave,
Thanks for getting in touch about this issue. Do you mind sharing a link where you are experiencing this issue? Thanks so much!
Hi @bvsclub123!
Thanks for asking! Yes, you can add a link in your caption. Let us know if you have any further issue with this. Thanks!

Hi @nocloset,
I was re-reading my post and realized that I was a little ambiguous. This feature is still being discussed by the Envira team. It has not been set for actual release at this time. I do apologize for any confusion. I’ve taken the liberty of adding this feature request to the discussion. Thanks so much for the input.
Have a great day!
