In response to your question though, our Paid Premium version has a Dynamic Addon that can turn WordPress galleries into Envira Galleries. Here’s the link for more on this: https://enviragallery.com/docs/dynamic-addon/#gallery. Unfortunately, I’m not certain in regards to the Jetpack galleries themselves.

Thanks for reaching out here! It looks like we’ve responded to both of your tickets, but you aren’t receiving out replies. Would you mind checking to confirm that the replies aren’t in your spam folder?
As for the slideshow, the Slideshow Addon allows a slidehsow within the lightbox once an image is clicked. The gallery that I see on your main page looks to have the images linked to external pages so the lightbox is never triggered.

Thanks for responding here and sorry for the confusion. Our Terms of Service (https://enviragallery.com/terms/) explain that Envira Gallery licenses are yearly renewing. We send out an email 30 days before renewal happens letting you know that a charge will happen. Also, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee even on the renewals.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Are you using some sort of pagebuilder with your theme? It seems that something is adding p tags into the gallery and causing multiple instances of each image in the gallery lightbox. This is why you have to click through several times.
If your pagebuilder gives you the option, choose to not automatically add paragraphs in the section that contains the Envira Gallery shortcode.

This can happen during migration due to the URLs not being replaced in the database.
You could use the Better Search Replace (https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/) plugin to manually update those URLs in your database.
To do this follow these steps below:
- Install and activate the plugin by going to Plugins >> Add New. In the search box, type better search replace and find. You can install and activate the plugin from this screen. http://cloud.supportally.com/2I2i270I2t2Y
- Once the plugin is activated, go to Tools >> Better Search Replace
- Enter the old URL in the first input field.
- Enter the new URL in the second field.
- Select all the tables listed in the Select Tables box. You can click the first table name and holding down the shift key on your keyboard you can scroll down to the last table and click that one as well. This will select all the tables available.
- Please make sure to uncheck the Run as Dry Run? box
- Click the Run Search/Replace button to update the tables.
