We are having trouble reproducing your error in our test environment. Do you mind deactivating all non-Envira plugins and activating Twenty Sixteen theme to see if the issue persists? It’s possible that this is being caused by a conflict of some kind.

As for the CDN, Envira cannot currently crop an image if it doesn’t have access to it. In some cases like the gallery thumbnails, blank images will appear.
It’s possible that something is interfering with Lazy Loading. Under the Config tab, could you please disable Lazy Loading so we can see if this is indeed where the issue is coming from?
If it is, do you mind sharing if you have enabled a Lazy Loading feature using another plugin or maybe infinite scroll? Thanks in advance!

It seems that you may be using both a CDN and Jetpack’s Photon. Currently, we do not support the use of CDN, and Photon is incompatible with Envira. Do you mind confirming if this is in fact the case?

Could you please confirm when you edit the images that the URL field isnβt blank? To do this, edit the gallery and click the blue pencil icon to open the Edit Metadata pop up and tell me if the URL field is blank?

If itβs blank, you can click the Media File button to automatically apply the URL to the original image and then click the green Save Metadata button to save the changes. In the top right-hand corner you can use the right/left arrows to navigate through the remaining images in the gallery repeating those same steps.
