IzziHi,
Thank you for reaching out to WCML Support and I apologize for the delayed response.
We just released WCML 4.11.1 to all users and hopefully that resolved the issue you were experiencing. It is definitely NOT normal that the original product fields are not shown to you for translation.
Please don’t hesitate to open a ticket in our Support Forums if you continue to experience this!

IzziHi @saveatrain,
Thank you for reaching out!
I took a look at your reported pages and I can see the miscalculation. However, from the source code, it appears that you have some updates that are not yet applied.
Please make sure that your WooCommerce, WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual and WooCommerce extension plugins are all updated to the latest available versions.
If you do not see a WPML plugin requiring updates, you can check to make sure you have the latest versions as available from your Downloads page:
https://wpml.org/account/downloads/If you still have pricing issues after making sure everything is fully updated, please report it to our Support Forums, where we will try to recreate the issue or help resolve it if itโs only on your website.
Stay Safe!

IzziHi @itapress,
Thank you for your translation contributions and for letting us know about this!
Our team is looking into why the project appears to be laid out differently to others.
Best,
IzziI need to correct a typo here ๐
To test that theory, try:
โ Back up your website completely
โ Change the theme to TwentyTwenty
โ Try translating the products again
โ Try deactivating each plugin one by one
โ Try translating the products after each plugin deactivationHi there,
I apologize for the slow response due to the winter break. For faster support, I suggest that you report the issue to our Support Forums:
https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/I took a look at your screenshots and I have to say that it feels like there’s an incompatibility with your theme or maybe a plugin customizing elements in the backend.
To test that theory, try:
– Back up your website completely
– Change the theme to TwentyTwenty
– Try translating the products again
– Try deactivating each plugin one by one
– Try translating the products after each otherIf the issue is no longer visible, then it must be a compatibility issue with the theme or the plugin you just deactivated.
Otherwise, please report this in our Support Forums and we will need to take a look at your site’s backend or try to recreate it with your help.
Best,

We’re happy you love the latest WCML with new REST API features!
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
If you mean rank as in search rank, I would recommend that you speak with an SEO expert who would give you the right guidance. If your pages have a good ranking already, it is usually not recommended that you change the default language, but an SEO expert would review your current analytics and the need for changing the default language and advise you about the potential benefits and risks.
Please feel free to speak with a WPML Support Team member about any technical issues and we will be happy to assist you!

Hi MonkeyVision (Cool name btw!),
I saw the ticket and I see one of my colleagues has already responded. It will get escalated to the correct team shortly so that we can debug it properly.
