I am glad to hear that Alain!
Have a good week!
Best,
IzziHi,
Thank you for reaching out!
One option you could try is the String Translation’s “Auto register strings for translation” feature. Please do remember to turn this off once you’ve tried it as it can put a load on your server.
If you still don’t find the correct string, I would recommend opening a ticket in our Support Forums, where we will need more information about your website (plugins, themes, etc.) and provide next steps accordingly.

Best,
IzziHi,
Sorry about the slow response!
This is a public forum for WCML related inquiries but if you just need to hide the name of the current language, you can add something like this to your CSS:
html:lang(en) [title=English] .wpml-ls-native { display: none; } html:lang(sk) [title=Slovenčina] .wpml-ls-native { display: none; }There are better ways to accomplish this with CSS (where you don’t need to add one line per language. But I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish (we cannot help actually style the LS as that is more of a design thing but we are happy to help as much as we can).
Please open a Support ticket in the WPML Support Forums to get more help with this!

Best,
IzziHi there,
Thank you for sharing. As mentioned in our forum, we double checked and this issue is not reproduceable in a fresh install.
We run CC tests as well as perform Compatibility testing before each release and while there is always the possibility that something is missed or a previously compatible plugin or theme causes an incompatibility in newer versions, the chances of a major bug like this getting through are very slim.
I believe the issue is related to your theme and I will follow up with you on the WPML Support Forum ticket.

Best,
IzziHi,
My colleague pointed out that you can now add more people to your WPML.org account. Perhaps the Admin can do that so you can create a ticket with us!
Please read the announcement below for more information:
https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/09/add-other-people-to-your-wpml-cms-or-agency-account/Thank you!
Thank you for checking 🙂
I will be happy to assist you further once we know more. I have one more suggestion to make to help resolve this in a timely fashion:
Please enable debugging so that you can provide us with the specific error that you are experiencing (if any). The article below explains how to do this so that you can share your debug.log file with our Support team:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/If you can’t see WCML on the level above you, suggest that your Admin also check for PHP errors.
Best,
IzziHi,
Unfortunately, you will need to get those WPML.org credentials as we cannot support unlicensed installations of WPML and I cannot even ask you for more information about your site in this forum.
I suspect that you are either missing some updates, or you are being limited by role by the company Admin. This might explain why you are unable to access WooCommerce Multilingual from the menu.
Again, I don’t think you can really do much until you resolve this issue or find out why you are unable to see the complete WP Menu. I suggest you send a request to the Admin and ask if your user is being limited in any way.
Best,
IzziHi,
Thank you for confirming that.
You can translate strings in
.pofiles in thewp-content/languagesfolders but I would highly recommend against that as I feel you have a larger bug that needs to be addressed. If WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual are both installed and activated, and WPML is installed and activated, then you must see the menu link as in the screenshot.
I would ask again that you open a ticket in our Support Forum as this seems like a bug that you should not ignore and you will probably find new bugs and errors as you continue to build the site.

Best,
IzziHi,
Thank you for reaching out to WPML Support.
As a first step, please note that WooCommerce Multilingual requires WooCommerce to be installed and active on your site!
Please confirm that you have WooCommerce installed and that all of your plugins are updated to the latest versions. If so, you should be seeing WooCommerce Multilingual under the WooCommerce Menu. You can find an image showing the expected position here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/18v9flD47tZJ_7P5AMW7wsMzl6h8j6SBZ/view?usp=sharingIf you are sure that everything that needs to be installed is installed and updated, then please open a ticket in our Support Forums where we may need to ask for temporary access to take a closer look:

IzziHi,
Thank you for your response.
Could you please submit a ticket in our Support Forums if you have not already done so?
https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/We will need to see the issue and any associated errors before we can really provide any suggestions.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Extremely DisappointedHi,
Thank you for reaching out!
I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience in our Support Forums and apologize sincerely for any perceived resentment.
Please let me be clear that we never refuse to help any user and your chat was converted to a forum ticket after being informed that it would require more debugging.
It has not yet been assigned to anyone for debugging however, which is normal due to having been reported over the weekend.
As a policy, if we are unable to identify the cause of the issue, we move the chat to a support ticket so that it can be debugged further. This helps to make sure debugging one user’s issue does not cause others to have to wait to report theirs. Our 2nd Tier team then debugs those issues in the order that they were reported.
Your ticket is in our queue and I will follow up on it in our forums, where we may require some more information to find a resolution.
I hope that makes sense and we will try our best to help you resolve the issue with resetting passwords in any language.
Stay Safe!

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Language selectorHi,
I can see that you are behind on updates. You can find the latest versions here:
https://wpml.org/account/downloads/We really cannot provide WPML support in a public WCML Forum and I cannot ask you to share credentials or try to recreate your issue here.
I’ll be happy to answer any general questions you may have and to check our systems for reported issues, but you will need to ask your client to provide you with access to wpml.org for specific debugging and support like you require.
Thank you!

This forum is for general questions and reports related to WooCommerce Multilingual.
For specific support like you require, I suggest you open a ticket in our Support Forums:

I’m sure we will be able to help you resolve the issue once we know more about it.

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Products are not visibleHi @bigsalright,
Awesome!
We have had issues with Porto in the past and I can see it is still not officially compatible with WPML.
You can find all our compatible plugins and themes here:
https://wpml.org/plugin/
https://wpml.org/theme/If you must use Porto, you can try reaching out to their support team. If that fails, feel free to open a ticket in our forums. We will try to provide a workaround, but won’t be able to guaranty a resolution for incompatible themes.

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Products are not visibleHi,
Thank you for reaching out to WPML Support!
It may be a bit difficult to identify your problem and assist you effectively without being able to see the issue or recreate it!
I suspect a compatibility issue too. The easiest way to try to identify the incompatibility is to:
– deactivate all plugins other than WPML and WooCommerce, then activate the other plugins one by one
– switch the theme to TwentyTwentyIf you don’t find anything, please open a ticket in our Support Forums where we may ask for a Duplicator or other backup of your website so we can take a closer look!
