In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Attributes syncHi,
Thank you for reaching out!
I checked our Known Issues and didn’t spot any open issues that have to do with attribute translation.
I think the reason your sync never ends is probably down to server limits. The process could be timing out or running out of memory if you have so many products and attributes.
Could I ask you to please speak to a Support Team member in our Support Forum, so that you can share some details about your website configuration and get more effective support?

Thank you!

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] WPMLHi @karolinaibif,
The locked fields are locked because changing them caused issues when you start to add WooCommerce extensions and other plugins.
The names of your products should be translatable by default, which leads me to believe some plugin other than WooCommerce and WPML is also actively modifying the product fields.
Could you please open a ticket in our Support Forums, where you can share more information about your website and setup. That will allow us to understand the problem better and help provide a resolution:

IzziHi @riadn,
Yes, it appears that way. Thank you for your report!
The issue has been escalated and we’ll update you as soon as there’s a resolution.

IzziHi @riadn,
Thank you for reaching out!
I took a quick look through our Support Forums and did not see any other reports of this issue. We think it may be a compatibility issue with another plugin, but we’ll take a closer look.
My colleague just informed me that she is working through the issue with you via chat so I’m going to close this ticket as redundant.
Best,
IzziThank you for reaching out!
Could you please share the versions you are currently using? I don’t see any known issues with Order fields in our latest updates.
These fields can be affected by your theme or any other WooCommerce related plugin, so it’s very possible there is a compatibility or other bug introduced that is affecting you.
I would recommend that you start a chat in our support forums, where you can share more information about your site environment, as this may require debugging, for which we will need to either recreate the issue with your help, or require access to your website to check for errors.

Thank you for the feedback @lezgubeaux!
We’re happy you love WooCommerce Multilingual as much as we do 🙂
Hi,
As mentioned, it wouldn’t be possible to provide support in this case.
We hope you manage to resolve your problem!
Best,
IzziNo problem @mikeestonanto!
If you’re working with a client, it’s possible they purchased a subscription a long time ago and let it expire since their site was working fine till now.
Once they purchase a subscription, they can add you to their wpml.org account:
https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/09/add-other-people-to-your-wpml-cms-or-agency-accountThen you’ll be able to download updates and start tickets in our Support Forums:

Best,
IzziHi @mikeestonanto,
I also noticed your plugins are very outdated (at least four versions).
As such, you really should purchase and update everything, even if you’re able to fix your current issues without it. You’re vulnerable to security and other issues and we will not be able to provide support for outdated versions either.

In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Woocommerce MultilingualHi @mikeestonanto,
Sorry about the slow response. I’ve already responded on your original topic and will close this one.
Thank you!
Hi,
WooCommerce Multilingual requires those plugins in order to work. This is just a compatibility plugin that allows WordPress Multilingual to work with WooCommerce.
Please purchase a Multilingual CMS subscription in order to receive updates for our core plugins:
https://wpml.org/purchase/If you wouldn’t mind, could you please share where you downloaded those plugins from?
Thank you!
Hi @mikeestonanto,
As of WordPress v5.5, you should have the option to update an old plugin by uploading a new one as I mentioned. If you’re on an older WP version, I’d recommend updating WP in a staging environment as you may run into other issues when you do update it eventually.
Yes, you can:
– Delete the old plugin fromPlugins
– Upload the new plugin fromPlugins -> Add New
– Activate the new plugin fromPluginsI would recommend getting a backup, just in case something goes wrong, but you shouldn’t have any loss of translations or anything like that by using the Dashboard.
Best,
