I am not sure what could cause that exactly but it might have something to do with caching, which you’re busting by regenerating permalinks or recounting terms. The other explanation might be a conflict with another plugin.

I took a quick look at the code and it seems like there is no valid WooCommerce Session initialized when those emails are being generated.
This could be a bug, a server configuration issue or perhaps you have a custom job that triggers this.
Could I please request that you open a ticket in our Support Forums:

So, it looks like you’re doing things correctly other than hooking in too late.
We suggest trying:
add_action( 'init', 'extend_wcml', 10 );We are also working on better documentation for this and related features which should be published soon!

Apologies for the delayed response. We are in the middle of a release at the moment and all hands are busy working on our support forums.
I’m looking into it and have asked for one of our WCML developers for some input as this is not a documented use case as far as I could find.

You can disable multi-currency if you wish to use only one currency. If you want to show multiple currencies, but your payment gateway only accepts one currency, then usually the payment gateway handles the conversion, or you will need some custom coding to do the conversion.

In most cases, the WooCommerce / Payment Gateway integration will handle the currency change and charge the client the equivalent amount in USD.
Please do open a Ticket in our Support Forums or speak to one of our Chat Support team so that we can see why this isn’t happening on your site.
