Hello @sevenseconds777
Unfortunately, SureCart does not provide a direct option to change the order of products on the shop page, but feel free to request this feature here – https://surecart.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests.
To make a product unavailable for purchase, in the right side section, from the Availability, click Purchasable and select Unavailable for Purchase option. Then click on the Save Product button.
If you want to hide any product from the shop page, you can just change its status from ‘published’ to ‘draft’. This way, It won’t appear to users on the shop page, but if you’ve set it as ‘purchasable’ in the previous settings, you can still send folks the direct link to buy it.
Please note that these changes will not reorder the products but can help you manage their visibility and availability on your shop page.
In the SureCart > Shop page you can also do those customizations:
Product List Customization: You can decide the number of columns and the number of products per page. This helps in organizing how products are displayed visually on your page.
Sorting Filter: This feature allows you to sort products by newest, oldest, or alphabetically. This is particularly useful if you have a large inventory and want customers to see products in a specific order.
Choosing Products to Display: You can also select specific products to show on your shop page. This can be all products, featured products, or hand-picked products based on your preference.
For further customization, you can edit each product card individually. This allows for detailed control over how each product is presented, which can influence the order they appear on the page by adjusting visibility and display settings.
If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the SureCart website. We are more than happy to respond to any of your inquiries.

Hello @ademb
To further customize different parts of the checkout form, you can refer to the Input Component Codex for detailed information on CSS parts available for styling. Here are a few examples to get you started:
- To change the background color of the input fields:
sc-customer-name { --sc-input-background-color: #f2f2f2; }- To adjust the border color of the input fields:
sc-customer-name { --sc-input-border-color: blue; }- To modify the font size of the input labels:
sc-customer-name { --sc-input-label-font-size: 16px; }For more details on available styles, check out the Input Component Codex. This guide will provide you with comprehensive information about the various CSS parts that can be used for styling your checkout form to better match your site’s aesthetics.

Hello @hebhansen
Unfortunately, SureCart currently does not offer this feature. However, I want to assure you that our team is constantly working on enhancing our platform. While we do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature, we value your feedback and will certainly consider it for future updates. Thank you for sharing your idea with us!
Best,
Hello @hebhansen
SureCart does not integrate with WCFM Marketplace as it appears to be specifically designed for WooCommerce.
However, SureCart already includes a wide range of options and features that do not necessitate an additional plugin.
Unlike WooCommerce, each plugin incurring an extra cost and most of them without long-term availability.
We are continuously developing SureCart and adding more features and options to it.
If there is a specific feature or option you would like to see, please visit https://surecart.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests and request that.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Hello there.
Yes, I see the issue. We need to take a closer look at it.
Please reach out to SureCart support – https://surecart.com/contact-us/ and we will look into it.
Best,
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out with your question about adding more variants to your SureCart product page. I understand your need to offer a wider selection of options for your customers.
At this time, SureCart supports a maximum of three variants per product, which is consistent with industry standards like Shopify. However, there is a workaround that many Shopify users employ, which can also be applied in SureCart. You can split your box into separate products for each variety (e.g., sausage, cheese, nougat, nuts), and then use internal links on each product page to connect them. This approach can enhance the user experience by simplifying their choices.
While we currently don’t have a specific block to link products together, you can achieve this using the block editor with static links. This method allows you to create a seamless shopping experience for your customers, enabling them to mix and match their preferred items.
We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our platform. I’ll pass along your suggestion to our development team for future consideration.
If you need further assistance or have any more questions, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Hey Marc.
Once the customer is set, we don’t update it on subsequent purchases. It will be updated on the order/checkout, but not on the customer dashboard. It would be unexpected if this were changing all the time. For example, if you are purchasing on behalf of your company, it would update your customer record with the company name, etc. unexpectedly.
So, in short, this is only set the first time and then never updated through a purchase again. They can update it on the customer dashboard at any time.
Regarding the user name, they can change it in their account, check this screenshot – https://app.screencast.com/zzW0sf7r6mQ6e.
Hey Marc.
You are most welcome!
When a user creates a password with fewer than 6 characters, they will receive an error message stating, “The password must be at least 6 characters in length.” Additionally, it is mandatory for passwords to contain at least one special character, as indicated by the message: “Passwords must contain a special character.” Any user who purchases a product from your website will receive a SureCart customer role. This role provides an added layer of security, reducing the likelihood of your website being hacked. While we enforce certain password security measures, it ultimately remains the user’s responsibility to secure their accounts with stronger passwords.
Best regards,
Hey Marc.
If your checkout is in test mode and you make purchases with any test email, clearing test data should also clear all test orders. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket and we will investigate further.
Best
Hello Marc,
I hope you’re well. I understand your concern about not wanting each customer to have a WordPress account or access to a dashboard. While it’s not possible to entirely disable the creation of a WordPress account for each customer, you can redirect them to a different page after a purchase to avoid accessing the customer dashboard. You can find instructions on how to set up a custom thank-you page here: https://surecart.com/docs/custom-thank-you-page/.
Additionally, you can disable SureCart email notifications that lead customers to the SureCart dashboard by following the guidance in this article: https://surecart.com/docs/customer-email-notifications/.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
