Hello @webifymedia
I appreciate your interest in SureCart.
- Regarding SEO
When it comes to SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SureCart offers a feature called “Search Engine Listing” which can help improve the visibility of your products in search engine results. Here’s how it works:
- When you create a product in SureCart, there’s a section called “Search Engine Listing” where you can write a Page Title and Meta Description for your product.
- These details are what people see when your product appears in search engine results.
- By writing clear and catchy Page Titles and Meta Descriptions, you can make your product more appealing in search results, increasing the likelihood that people will click on it.

Hello Noruzzaman,
Thank you for reaching out and for your continued support of SureCart.
I understand the urgency of your issue. To allow users who have not purchased directly from your site to create an account, you can enable user registration on your WordPress website. Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > General.
- Set the option for Anyone can register.
- Choose the default role for new users as SureCart Customer. You can reffer to this screenshot – https://app.screencast.com/9TxeixxPu634W
Next, create a button on your website that redirects users to the registration page. You can use the following URL for the registration page: https://zestful-zorro-p4.zipwp.link/wp-login.php?action=register
Once users register on your website, they will be assigned the SureCart Customer role and will be able to access the Customer Dashboard for login.
If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For urgent matters, you can contact us directly at https://surecart.com/contact-us/.
I hope this helps resolve your issue.
Best regards,
Hello @vallesierra7
Apologies for the delayed reply.
- To receive cancellation notifications, log into your account at app.surecart.com, go to your profile, and adjust the notifications. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://app.screencast.com/sVgaf7ugt58Mf.
- The strings you mentioned that cannot be translated with Loco Translate can be translated directly from the Checkout page. Navigate to your WordPress website, then go to SureCart > Checkout. By selecting the form from the list view, you’ll be able to translate success messages such as “thank you” and more. You can refer to this screenshot: https://app.screencast.com/kpEXmM9eJMUzD. For translating “Total” and “Amount due,” you can find the relevant settings here: https://app.screencast.com/Hvb3rxwtvArr5.
- SureCart itself does not charge any fees for processing e-commerce transactions on its paid plans. The fees you see are from the payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, or Mollie, which charge a standard fee for their services. These fees are necessary to cover operational costs such as payment processing, security, and fraud prevention.
Processor Fees: Each payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) charges its own fees. For instance, PayPal’s fees typically include a percentage of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee per transaction. These fees vary by processor and the type of transaction.
SureCart Free Plan: SureCart does charge a fee for transactions processed through its free plan. Specifically, a 2% fee is applied to transactions on the free plan in addition to the payment processor’s fees. This charge helps support the free version of SureCart.
Examples Provided: The SureCart documentation provides examples to illustrate potential fees, including a 20% VAT. This is purely an example to show how fees can be calculated and does not imply that a 20% tax will be applied to all transactions. If your products do not have VAT, this particular charge will not apply.
SureCart Paid Plans: On SureCart’s paid plans, the platform does not charge any additional transaction fees. You only incur the fees charged by your payment processor.
Payment Processor Fees: These fees can vary. For example, Stripe’s standard fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction. There are additional fees for international cards and currency conversion.
Tax Example: The 20% VAT example in the SureCart documentation is just to show how tax might affect the total transaction amount. If your products do not include tax, this will not be applicable.
For more detailed information, please refer to the SureCart documentation on eCommerce fees: https://surecart.com/docs/understanding-ecommerce-fees/.Hello @hopskip
For now, you can add a link to the Terms & Conditions in the product description or create a checkbox with a Terms & Conditions link in the checkout form. Here’s how you can do it.- https://surecart.com/docs/adding-terms-conditions-in-checkout/
But after version 3 of SureCart there will be more ways to customize each product.
I hope this helps for now!
Best,

Hello @timgadget
Unfortunately, SureCart does not currently offer a built-in feature to automatically append “+VAT” to all price displays. But feel free to request this feature here – https://surecart.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests.
