Hello George.
Thank you for reaching out with your feedback on our SureCart blocks. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced.
We’re actively working on enhancing our platform, and this includes adding more flexibility and options for buttons, descriptions, and other elements you mentioned. Your insights are invaluable as they guide our development efforts.
In the interim, I’d suggest creating a custom shop page using shortcodes. You can find a comprehensive guide here: https://surecart.com/docs/all-shortcodes/.
Should you need further assistance or have any additional queries, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our support website. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience possible.
Hello George!
You have the flexibility to customize the product template. For detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: https://surecart.com/docs/customize-product-template/.
However, I’d like to clarify which templates you aim to hook. Could you please provide more details on that?
Should you encounter any issues or have further questions about the process, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team from the SureCart website. We’re here to help!
Hey George!
Indeed, yes, for now, it is impossible to do this for live customers.
This decision was intentional and consistent with the protocols established by platforms such as Stripe and PayPal, which maintain transaction records. As a result, we’ve temporarily turned off the option to delete customers. However, we are working on a solution to address this.
Nevertheless, we recognize the need for this feature and have begun discussions to incorporate it shortly.- This reply was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by Ivan C..
Hello George,
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the PayPal button specifically for free products. However, if you integrate both Stripe & PayPal as your payment gateways, Stripe will take precedence. This means that instead of seeing the PayPal Checkout button, you’ll be presented with the default Purchase button.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Best regards,
Hello George,
Sorry for any delay.
Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’ve conducted test orders/payments, you can delete all the associated test customers and orders by referring to our guide: Clear Test Data.As of now, in the SureCart system, it’s not possible to delete a real customer’s record if they’ve made a purchase. However, the team is already working on addressing this, so this will be possible soon.
Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help!
Best regards,

If you need any help please let me know!Hello @ademb
Thank you for your interest in SureCart. We’re pleased to hear that you’re considering it for your store!
To accommodate both the physical and digital versions of your books on the same product page, you can indeed set up different price points: one for the physical book and another for the digital version. If it’s essential that the digital book is only downloadable upon purchase, then creating separate product entries might be the most straightforward approach.
However, an efficient alternative is to integrate with SureTriggers. Our platform, SureTriggers, is a versatile tool similar to Zapier. It seamlessly integrates with SureCart and a myriad of other applications. By leveraging SureTriggers, you can set up an automation such that when a customer pays for the digital book, they automatically receive a link to download it. If you’re interested, you can register for an account here: https://app.suretriggers.com/registration/.
I hope this provides a solution that suits your needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have further questions or require assistance.
Best regards,

By the way, you can use the API docs to access them.Hello @eceleste
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I get it, local development setups can be super convenient. But yeah, to answer your question, SureCart does need an internet connection to work its magic. It hooks up to app.surecart.com using Webhooks, so it needs to talk to our servers. That said, SureCart is definitely an e-commerce plugin, not just an API connection. You can manage products, and handle transactions, all within the plugin.
Hope that clears things up! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Best,

Yes, the surecart platform app.surecart.com connects with your WordPress website via Webhook endpoints.
We have a feature in the product to add Info, such as Page Title and Meta Description, which will appear in search engines – https://d.pr/i/8dSW1E.- This reply was modified 2 years, 8 months ago by Ivan C..
Hello @aviaggarwal08!
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our response. The SureCart products are not stored in the WordPress database but on app.surecart.com, the platform where all product information is kept.
Best,
@mspsrijan
You are welcome!
