Currently, SureCart does not offer a built-in feature to set up free shipping based on the number of products purchased. Shipping options in SureCart are straightforward and do not include conditional shipping rates tied to purchase quantities or order totals.
Since conditional free shipping for multiple product purchases isn’t available out of the box, you might consider the following workaround:
- Use Coupons: Create a coupon that offers free shipping when customers purchase multiple items. While this isn’t automated based on cart contents, you can promote the coupon to encourage customers to use it when they meet the purchase criteria.
- In the future, we will also improve coupon options to include automated coupons for multiple products.

- Regarding the file size limitations for downloads, the limits depend on your current plan. For instance, the Launch plan provides up to 1GB of storage, Grow goes up to 5GB, and Scale allows 10GB. This storage is the total assigned to your store. If you require more storage or need to provide larger files, you have the option to use a custom URL and link files from any online cloud service. - Currently, there isn’t a built-in option to limit the number of times a file can be downloaded by a user. However, you can request this feature on our feature request board here: https://surecart.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests. As a workaround, for one-time payments, you can enable the option to expire access after a certain number of days. For subscriptions, when a subscription is canceled, the associated purchase is usually revoked, which also removes access to download the file.

In SureCart, you can export specific data types such as Affiliates, Charges, Coupons, Customers, Line Items, Orders, Payouts, Prices, Promotions, Refunds, and Subscriptions (as shown in this screenshot – https://app.screencast.com/qp9LnIcYuXdOk). This can be a helpful way to transfer certain types of data between stores.
However, it’s important to note that SureCart does not currently support exporting store settings, such as Payment Gateways or other configuration settings. These would need to be manually set up in the new store.
If you’d like to see this feature in the future, I encourage you to submit your request on the SureCart feature request board here: https://surecart.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests.
Also, you have the option to transfer the store from your account, which you have created and configured, to another owner or email account.
To transfer the store to a new email, please follow the next steps:
• Go to app.surecart.com and choose the right Store
• Go to Team tab,
• Assign the Developer and Admin roles and send the invitation
• The user you invited will receive an invitation link via email.
• Once the user accepts the invitation, simply refresh this page – https://app.surecart.com/account_users
• You should now see the user you invited. Click on the user’s name and then click on “transfer store.”The store should now be successfully transferred to the user’s account.

SureCart currently doesn’t support third-party review plugins, but after the release of version 3, we plan to integrate this feature natively into the SureCart!

We understand your concern regarding the transaction fees, especially as a nonprofit organization where every dollar counts. The additional 1.9% transaction fee is indeed mentioned in our documentation under the “Understanding eCommerce Fees” section, and we also list this information on our pricing page, specifically in the comparison table at the bottom. We sincerely apologize if this was not clear during your initial setup.
The reason for this fee is that we’ve packed a lot of premium features into our Launch Plan (free plan). Unlike many other platforms, SureCart includes a wide array of features that typically require costly add-ons elsewhere. For example, if you were to use WooCommerce, a popular plugin, you’d need to purchase the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, which alone costs around $279 per year. We’ve included similar subscription management capabilities and many other features at no extra cost within our free plan.
We strive to keep SureCart accessible while still covering the necessary costs for maintaining our software, providing quality support, and ensuring the best possible user experience. The fees help us sustain these operations without compromising on the quality and innovation of the platform.
Regarding your question about donations, the transaction fee does apply to donations processed through SureCart. However, we recognize the unique challenges that nonprofits face, and we’re always exploring ways to better support organizations like yours. Unfortunately, currently there isn’t a way to recover these fees.
