In reply to: [WooCommerce] iOS AppHi there!
That is very odd – and definitely something we will want to look into. Can you please open a ticket with us via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support? It helps if we can receive the Status Reports for one or all of the sites.
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Empty Sales badge displaying on regular price productsGreat news that you found what’s causing this! If you are using a pre-built theme, it helps to get in touch with the developer directly.
I’ll go ahead and set this topic to ‘solved’, but if you have anything else you would like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailadres validation on checkout pageHi Peter,
Achieving this without a plugin is going to be tricky – you’ll need custom code to make this happen, so there is not a lot of difference between that and installing a plugin.
There is no plugin or bit of code that I’m aware of that can do this, so I’ll leave the topic open for others to respond. The one plugin I found that might help you address the problem you’re having with customers typing in the wrong address is one that lets you have them verify the account: https://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-email-verification-for-woocommerce/
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Empty Sales badge displaying on regular price productsHi there!
That sounds like either the theme is implementing that badge, or there’s a plugin forcing it on the products.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Digital product download not showing after paymentHi there!
The problem you are describing is often due to a caching plugin. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site, so we can take a further look? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order processed by customer but not visible in orders dashboardHi there,
That’s odd! In previous cases where I’ve seen disappearing orders, it was typically an active and publicly accessible staging site that was the culprit. Can you please confirm for us that that is not the case here?
If it’s not a staging site, I would recommend asking your payment gateway to confirm the origin of the payment, and investigate the database to see if the order exists in there. If it does, you may be looking at a code conflict.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] pre-order slots and inventory managementYou can get most things out of WooCommerce Bookings. The one thing it can’t do is this:
allow customers to select the date they want to order for on the MENU page and it would automatically show the stock remaining for that day and particular session.
For that, I would recommend getting in touch with a developer to set up something custom for you: https://woocommerce.com/customizations
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

This might be due to caching, if you have such a service active on your site. Otherwise, this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping options not updating on cartHi Matt!
If the options are not automatically updating, that’s very likely a conflict with either your theme or one of the active plugins.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem catalog with product with a lot of variarionsHi there!
That sounds odd. I would suspect the theme to maybe have a fault. Can you please use Health Check to switch to a different theme, and see if that improves the situation?
