You can ask your hosting company if they offer rollbacks to a previous snapshot of your site. Not all of them offer this, but you might be lucky.
Also, is it possible that the root cause of the problem isn’t a plugin, but the theme? ‘Thrive Theme’ seems to indicate that. What happens when you activate a different theme?

In reply to: Customization issuesIssues like this may be caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
The best way to determine if a theme or plugin is causing the issue is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty (it’s free).
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if this resolves the issue.
4. If it does resolve the issue, slowly re-enable your plugins or theme until you find the one causing the conflict.This troubleshooting method is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without changing your live site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.

In reply to: Not connecting to FacebookThat does sound like a Jetpack issue, and I’d recommend asking them for advice. It may be that something changed on Facebook’s end that requires a reset of your connection. The folks at Jetpack will know of any known issues.

I get that it’s very frustrating, but Facebook support is really the best place for getting help on this. Can you try getting help here?
