Hi there!
Are your products set to both ‘virtual’ and ‘downloadable’? That could be one cause for the order status to go to ‘Complete’ rather than ‘Processing’.
Another option would be that there is a bit of code that’s causing this to happen.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you want to change the default option for the product sorting, use this: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-remove-rename-add-default-sorting-options-shop/
To remove the sorting option entirely, use this: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-remove-default-sorting-dropdown/

Not entirely sure if I understand correctly what you’re trying to do. I see an add to cart icon on the products on that page – what information do you want to add?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Multi vendor rewards pluginHi there!
As this is a pre-sales or pre-use question on a third party extension and not WooCommerce core specifically, it’s best to contact Webkul directly to ask them for their advice on this. They’ll be able to tell you exactly whether the feature you’re looking for is included.
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
Hi there!
This sounds like a code conflict. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Confirmation Box on exitHi there!
This is an error that has been reported on the WooCommerce GitHub repo: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/28557
I invite you to add your own comment, if you have a GitHub account – it helps our developers determine how wide-spread the issue is.
As the issue has already been reported and will be resolved in GitHub, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions about WooCommerce, please feel free to open a new topic!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No shipping is charged for GreeceHi there!
In order to help out, we’ll need a bit more information on the kind of setup you have. Can you please go to **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping** and make a screenshot of your shipping zones?
You can use http://www.snipboard.io to upload the image, then copy the link and paste it in your next reply.
Can you please also copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Thanks in advance!
Hey Eric!
Out of the box this isn’t possible with just WooCommerce, but thanks to the open source nature of WooCommerce there is a solution. You can read more about what you can do here: https://jilt.com/blog/selling-custom-files-woocommerce/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce strips all my admin/owner rights.Hi again,
Thanks for sending that over! I don’t see a plugin that directly raises red flags for me, but I think it may be wise to do a conflict test. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

Sounds like the update resolved the issue fo you? If it didn’t, have you spoken to the developer behind the plugin you are using yet?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Automatewoo and Wishlist Reminder Preview Email not workingHi there!
Are you using the official WooCommerce Wishlist and/or AutomateWoo plugin? In that case, we invite you to open a support ticket with us: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
To get you started, I think that the preview being empty is simply due to it being a preview. Can you try what happens when you use an account that actually has wishlist items added?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add to cart is not workingHi there,
I had a look at your site and was able to add products to the cart. What browser are you using to view your page? If it’s not the latest version of Chrome, I recommend trying that and seeing whether things work for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Create default WooCommerce pages” doesn’t workHi there!
It sounds like you are running into a conflict; if the pop-up says the pages are created and they aren’t, then something is blocking that process.
What you can do is set up the pages manually. You can find the required shortcodes here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#page-shortcodes
Otherwise, a conflict test is a good idea. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce strips all my admin/owner rights.Hi there!
Wow, that sounds absolutely frustrating, and I can imagine why you’re upset with this.
WooCommerce itself doesn’t have a functionality included that does this; it doesn’t block you out of your website, or ask for a purchase before you can publish products.
It would help me help you to see what’s going on. Can you please make a few screenshots of what you are encountering, so that I can direct you to a solution? You can use http://www.snipboard.io to upload the image, then copy the link and paste it in your next reply.
I’d also like to see your Status Report, if you are able to reach that.
Thanks in advance!
