If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
Glad to hear you got it sorted!

How did you add the code?

In reply to: E-mail lists and formsThere’s a ton of add-ons to link your forms plugin to Mailpoet: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/198-forms-themes-plugins-that-work-with-mailpoet
In the future, I’d recommend posting in the plugin forum for plugin-specific questions: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailpoet/

Based on the link you’ve provided, it appears you’re having some trouble with the Google Site Kit plugin. You’ll be better off asking for support in their forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-site-kit/

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkoutI’d run a search for woocommerce_checkout_fields, to see if you have code filtering them directly, then. You could also be using the woocommerce_cart_needs_shipping_address filter to disable them.
And if all else fails, I’d start searching for field filters as referenced here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkoutHey @juanleal,
WooCommerce offers settings to disable that under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options. When choosing ‘Force shipping to the customer billing address’, the toggle to use an alternate shipping address will not appear.
Is this the method you used to disable it, or did you use a plugin or a code snippet?

In reply to: One time printout purchasesHey @wpdiviroot!
Each of your scenarios are a little more restrictive than what I’ve seen done with the majority of plugins. For example, WooCommerce digital product handling allows you to limit a digital product to a single download, but the user would not be prevented from printing it multiple times once downloaded.
You’d probably need some kind of PDF Embedder plugin with print functionality alongside a memberships plugin that allows you to restrict a page to specific users.
The second option is a bit tricky too, as an eBook that can only be read from within the browser is unlikely to be totally secure. That being said, a similar embedder setup would likely work.
Is the need to make the printing one time only a solid requirement?

In reply to: [Health Check & Troubleshooting] The extension has completely ruined my siteHey @sajtoskenesei!
If you’re having these kinds of troubles with Health Check, there’s a good chance your site has some other underlying issues. I would recommend reaching out to your host as a good next step.

In reply to: LMS and schools pluginHey there, @misstest!
There’s a whole bunch of different ways to get the outcome you’re looking for here, but if you want a single user to manage course access for a group, I’d probably start with Learndash. They offer a Groups add-on that lets you do this sort of thing pretty easily.
They also integrate with both EDD and WooCommerce, so you’ll be able to expand on the functionality pretty easily if the out-of-the-box solutions for Learndash don’t quite suit your needs.
Cheers,
Ian
