    From another thread I saw on here, I reverted this plugin back to 1.11.4 and reconnected my facebook to woocommerce. It was successful and this morning I was able to see the purchase event come through to the Ads manager, but the value is still not being pulled through. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Although our focus has shifted to supporting the 2.0 version of the plugin and encourage you to try reconnecting, I’m happy to take a look at this with you!

    I’m glad you were able to reconnect with version 1.11.4. You should be able to see the information that is being collected at every step with something like the Facebook Pixel Helper extension for Chrome.

    Would you please try adding a pixel helper extension/plugin for your browser and see if you can see the value being added to the cart and through the checkout process?

    Hi. Yes. I can see a value in the AddToCart and then in InitiateCheckout, and then once it reaches Order Received the value turns to 0.

    Thank you for confirming this for me. This may be an indication of a theme or plugin conflict issue. We may need to do some additional conflict testing to track down the cause, but to get started, could you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, and let me know if you still experience issues?

    We cannot do this as it will affect our sales and site. But I think you’re right that it might be a plugin conflict. We will check our plugins. Thank you.
