Product Catalog Issue

    Hello,

    I have a couple of issues with my facebook plugin.

    1) The product catalog is only showing 12 products with a one or a couple of variants. The reality is that I have 18 products with more than 4 variants each (around 200 variants in total). The product catalog is only showing 50 total variants
    2) For some reason, there are showing more than one duplicated product catalogs in my facebook page. I tried to deleted, but the Facebook shop page continues to exhibit the old product catalog.
    3) One of the products is showing an error – apparently I am not compliying with facebook policy, which is strange since I am only selling swim shorts.

    As a first step here, would you please be able to paste your system status so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

    As to the policy error with Facebook, you’ll need to take that up with Facebook, unfortunately. Our plugin doesn’t handle anything to do with potential policy violations. I suspect your swim shorts were mistakenly flagged by their algorithm and would require a human to review things on their end. There should be a link from the error/warning that allows you to request a review or something along those lines.
