In reply to: [SteemPress] worked fine until…Hi,
Really sorry about the inconvenience that may have caused you. the @steempress account on steem is currently frozen due to a hostile action from the steem owners. So it is still uncler if we will offer crossposting to steem in the future.

Also which editor are you using ?

In reply to: [SteemPress] Says file already existsMmmh I suggest manually deleting the files and then reinstall the plugin.
And it works perfectly. I went for the user profile solution in the end. Thanks a lot guys !
Awesome thanks ! I’ll try it out tomorrow.
Hello,
Thanks a lot for your answers ! Is using the profile area secure though ? I will store some relatively sensitive information. It should only be viewable by the author. It’s not an issue if the admin can see it but if any other role it is.
Best regards

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Gutenberg, get data to and from metaboxes via phpHello,
I found the solution, I had an outdated gutenberg which didn’t support metaboxes, I’ve updated to 4.5.1 and it comes out of the box !

In reply to: [SteemPress] Doesn’t WorkHello, it’s very odd. could you send me your steem username and which version of steempress you are using so I can check what’s happening ?
As for the transaction log it has actually been implemented, head on over to steempress.io login and go to “queue”.
There you can control the posts that were sent but not published (IE waiting for the delay) and see the posts that encountered an error.
Here’s a screenshot so you see how it looks : https://steemitimages.com/p/2bP4pJr4wVimqCWjYimXJe2cnCgn8BL1Txqe2QrmKft?format=match&mode=fit

In reply to: [SteemPress] Previously Published PostsThere seem to be a misunderstanding, the delay defines the delay between when you publish a new post and when it gets pushed to steem. This feature is there to protect your SEO.
And to reply to your question about older posts :
You can either unpublish and republish or select the posts you want to publish use the bulk option “publish to steem”You can find some more infos about it in this post : https://steemit.com/steem/@howo/steempress-v-1-1-state-of-the-project-after-two-weeks-bulk-posting-and-more
Also, if you hit “publish” and don’t see the post on the steem blockchain after 5 minutes and wonder what is the status of the post, login onto https://steempress.io to check your post queue 🙂
Ah neat I never thought that they could do whatever they want with it themselves. But at the same time it definitely makes sense ! So you suggest just keeping that filter on “the_content” ?
And thanks for the settings idea I’ll definitely implement it 🙂

In reply to: [SteemPress] Delete a scheduled postFixed 🙂
We will release very soon a website to allow you to control your own posting queue so this issue shouldn’t happen again.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Add custom toggle button on gutenbergHello ! Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply to me 🙂
The social sharing button is just an example, my point is that I, as a plugin developer, be able to add a toggle for any custom action linked to my post. Like if my plugin is a plugin that replaces all the occurences of “apple” in the article to “orange” I would like to give the option to my user to be able to tick a box like “convert apple to oranges [x]” and if it’s ticked the plugin will replace apple for oranges, if not, it won’t.
Basically I want to add a custom option related to my plugin directly on the editor.
In the older editor I used post_submitbox_misc_actions to add my custom checkbox but now it doesn’t exists.
Below is a screenshot of how this checkbox looks in the “classic” editor :
