Put a div around the iframe and assign it a class. Then themers/users can target it properly and easily with CSS.

Another thought or two: Add a settings panel for your plugin. Three options:

    Before content
    After content
    Use Shortcode

The last allows folks to drop in your frame wherever they want.

Ah neat I never thought that they could do whatever they want with it themselves. But at the same time it definitely makes sense ! So you suggest just keeping that filter on “the_content” ?

And thanks for the settings idea I’ll definitely implement it 🙂

Yeah, and if the check the “use shortcode” box then you don’t hook content.
