In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC Dashboard – Stock Widget not working@gebseng I tested this on an iPad but I was unable to reproduce. I was able to correctly select a variation an add it to my cart:
Image Link: https://d.pr/i/GNufKRAre there any other steps needed to reproduce the issue?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce (a few products local pickup function)@psmark66 It sounds like you want to restrict the payment/shipping options that a a customer gets at checkout, based on the products added to the cart.
For this I’d recommend an extension like Conditional Shipping and Payments. That plugin lets you disable specific payment or shipping methods, when X product is in the cart.
@nycnorton When you are creating your shipping label, there is an option titled “Customs”. You can expand it by clicking on the arrow to the right of that section.
Once that section is expanded, you are given the option to customize the content of that description.

Are you unable to edit that information?
@bignuggetfarm It’s hard to know whether this is indeed what is causing the issue, following the steps recommended above would be the best way to find out.
We recommend that those steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
Whether the theme is what’s causing this problem or not, you might consider looking into a new theme soon. It’s not a good idea to run a WooCommerce store (or any WordPress website, really), on outdated software.
@h20live We generally don’t test for compatibility with other third-party plugins.
You mention “multi-vendor” functionality, so I assume you’d like these vendors to be able to se the features added by WooCommerce Services, like printing shipping labels. If that’s the case, I don’t think that would work out of the box, unless the developers of those plugins have specifically worked in an integration with WooCommerce Services. You can reach out to their developers to ask whether compatibility for this plugin has been added.
WooCommerce Services being free, you can also install the plugin on your site and test it out yourself.
I’m closing this thread now, as it relates to third-party plugins we can’t provide further assistance with.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Critical Error On Site@vivianaverse I’m not sure what could be causing this issue on the site.
The thread you linked to in GH, references issues with the installation of the Action Scheduler. Is that the same thing you are seeing when the critical error happens?
If that’s the case, you can try the suggestion that was given on this comment:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sort Products by Category on Shop PageWe haven’t heard back from you or other users on this thread in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
If it’s important for you to have this feature now, you may consider a custom-tailored solution for your site that extends the default features of the plugins/theme you are using. If you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations
They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax not being applied to products@twinwinning I visited the product page you linked to, and added that product to the cart. On the cart page, I do see tax being applied:
$8.28 is the 12% of $69.00, so I’m guessing the taxes are working as intended.
Can you confirm if the issue is now solved, or are there specific steps we need to take to reproduce this issue?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price range@cinakh10 It sounds like you are wanting to have a price range appear on product pages, but without actually having variations for the customer to select.
I’m struggling to understand how would this work. What would you like to see happen when the customer adds the product to their cart? What price, from that price range, will actually be charged to the customer at checkout?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Prices without tax for the first few minutes@swardasz The behavior you describe is likely related to the way taxes are configured in your store.
It’s important to note that taxes will only be charged and displayed on locations where you have configured tax rates for. The plugin will do the tax calculations and display the product prices with tax included only after it has detected a customer location – so that it can adjust the price/taxes to the location and the tax rate you configured for it.
So, what is likely happening is that when you first visit the store, the plugin doesn’t have a location for you in record – which makes it remove taxes from your products. Only after you have entered an address/location in the checkout process, the products are updated to include the corresponding taxes.
One thing you can try is verifying what is the default customer location configured to, under WooCommerce > Settings > General. You have options like Geolocation (which will require you to set up a MaxMind license under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration), and default to the Shop base address.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t edit homepage using elementor@scandinaviannerd We are unable to provide support for other plugins, or errors originated from interactions between WooCommerce and third-party plugins.
Like suggested above, I’d recommend reaching out to the Elementor team.
