Are there any plugins for black listing bad buyers?

I’ve found one. Only 1000 installs.
Just wondering if there are other recommended ones?

    Thanks.

@om2 Could you share more details about the particular features you are looking for in such a plugin?

That would allow other users to give better suggestions in case they do know of plugins that meet those requirements.

    Thanks for the reply.
Say I have someone buy from me 3 times.
Each time they return a used item and want a refund.

I don’t want to sell to anyone with the same:

    Email
    Address
    IP address

Not sure what other profile I could want?

I could end up selling to a few bad buyers who are dishonest. I simply want to stop this.

    Any ideas?
I would have thought this kind of profiling would be widely available?
    I’ve only found one match.

    Thanks.

Thanks for elaborating on the use-case here; Based on what you’ve written, it sounds like https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-anti-fraud/ might be a good fit.

For more information on what’s possible, have a look at the following guide: http://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-anti-fraud/

Also – have you checked with your payment gateway provider to also block transactions from their side?

    Thanks for the reply.
I need to reject orders by a few parameters:

    Name
    Email address
    Post code
    First line of address
    IP address

I don’t think this plugin allows this?

@om2 No, that plugin will not allow you to specify all of those fields for orders to be rejected.

What you are looking for those sound to be more of a custom solution. If the other plugin you had found for this will not work, then you may consider a custom-tailored solution for your site that extends the default features of the WooCommerce plugin. If you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

If one the other hand you’d like to give that Anti-Fraud extension a try, note that WooCommerce.com has a 30-day refund policy; so that you can test out an extension and determine for yourself whether it will work or not.

We haven’t heard back from you or other users on this thread in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
