Hello @casagan
I checked the compared image and I didn’t notice any changes in them.
Is that happening on other browsers or incognito mode too?
Could you send a screenshot showing what you are seeing on your end, please?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Please help my siteHello @vicki807ck
You’ve reached support for the Jetpack plugin. Your issue is not related to Jetpack, but your hosting services.
I recommend you to contact the hosting support for further assistance.
Let me know if there’s anything Jetpack-related that I can help with.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey @the5krunner
I checked your site and it is returning an error:
Your server did not successfully connect to the Jetpack server using HTTPS Please ask your hosting provider to confirm your server can make outbound requests to Jetpack.com.That means your site is not connected to the Jetpack correctly.
Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:
1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
3. Click *Manage site connection*.
4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:
Let me know if you have any questions.

Michelle

Hi @nwbaris
I checked your code and looks like there may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems.
The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.
I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:
* **Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.**
Then try to load the page again. If the Related posts show up, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, reloading the page in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.
You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.
* If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme. **Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-One (https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentyone/).** Then reload the page again. If the Related posts show up, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Hello @akndsandhu
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue.
Could you please try pausing Cloudflare as described here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044#h_8654c523-e31e-4f40-a3c7-0674336a2753, please?
I checked the site and the connection shows this error:
transport error - HTTP status code was not 200 (520)The steps here https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/configure-jetpack-cloudflare/ will help to ensure that your site is optimized to work well with Cloudflare.
After you’ve made the changes, try again to see if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Could you provide the steps to reproduce the issue and the phone’s system setup (Android version, memory, Chrome version, if you have anything installed as an add-on to Chrome, etc), so we can test it on our end, please?

Hey @johnnyivan
Actually, Jetpack relies on the connection to the xmlrpc.php file for most of the functions, including the monitoring.
If the file is blocked, then your Jetpack will send you notification emails because it is not able to reach the site correctly.
What we can do is deactivate the Jetpack Monitor for you to avoid the emails, and recommend you another service like Uptime Robot to monitor your site. The service doesn’t rely on Jetpack.
Let me know your decision.
