Iβm sorry to hear youβre having problems with our plugin.
As my colleague suggested even if you have already checked that the FROM email address is correct under
MailPoet > Settings > Basic, the old FROM email address could be selected for an existing email.but still every week when the newsletter is sent out to the full list it is being sent from sue=designbysue.com@63501.replies.sendingservice.net.Β
So, please edit that newsletter or post notification that is being sent every week and make sure that the FROM email address selected is the current one.

Since this subdomain is part of the main domain registered for MailPoet premium, we expect it to work on the staging subdomain to facilitate migration and necessary adjustments before deploying to the main domain.
Yes, I understand the issue. That said, the key can only be active on one site a time.
You can install MailPoet, set it up and even Migrate the MailPoet Database Tables without the key. If you want to have a key to make sure that everything is correct you could sign up for a free plan at https://account.mailpoet.com/ or deactivate the key on the main site temporarily.
Anyway, what you said is valuable and it would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.

Is it possible to add a subscription form on a different website?
You can publish the form via iframe on a different website. Or, if you have access to a developer, you could develop a custom made solution Using API to Manage Subscribers and Lists.
- Can a Mail Poet License be used on 2 websites?
No, you would need 2 different keys, one for each of your sites.

You can go to
MailPoet > Lists, select the list in question and click on theUnconfirmedtab. If the issue is that they are counting towards your plan limit you can select those users and mark them asUnsubscribed.If you remove them, they won’t count towards your plan limits.

With the information that you shared, I can suggest you to verify that the Automation trigger is properly setup. And also, very important, that the subscriber has the status
Subscribedand notUnconfirmed.Please review that, and if you want us to help a bit more, include some screenshots of the subscriber, the automation setup, etc.
Could you please send (copy & paste) the information fromΒ MailPoet > Help > System Info? Please make sure to delete any personal details (your plan key, email address) included there?

You can export the unsubscribed users and then reimport them making sure to mark them as subscribed:
When importing, please make sure to select the status as “Subscribed”

As you have mentioned, MailPoet plugin supports only the last two minor versions of WordPress.
I couldn’t track this thread to a ticket in our email system. But if you want to use an (unsupported) older vesion of MailPoet, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread. We’ll be able to send you the MailPoet Premium version that you need.
This is serious, and there is no option to delete old and unused records.
While there isn’t a option in the plugin to delete old records, if database size is an issue for your hosting or site you can follow this tutorial: Reducing Database Size for MailPoet Tables

Thanks for sharing the system status, I don’t see anything relevant though.
At this point, I think that the next best step would be to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts.
