No Statistics

    After adding the recommended SPF and DdKIM records I no longer receive statistics. It reports 0%. The check page shows these records are set correctly.

    Any suggestions to get thos working again?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    There was a slight issue with the statistics feature after the update that was released for the MailPoet plugin last week. However, I can confirm that our devs have fixed this and you should be able to view your statistics again.

    I still have no statistics showing with a newsletter I just sent out. The error log shows, 2024-04-22T11:27:55.393296+00:00] cron.INFO: Daemon run ended too early! {“duration”:1,”remainingLimit”:16.953943967819214} {“free_plugin_version”:”4…

    Any suggestions how to get statistics restored?

    On a test this morning, I am still not getting statistics. A related problem is every link takes me to the home page. Here is an example link, https://malahatlegion.ca/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=track&action=click&data=WyIxIiwiNTJjYWY5IiwiOSIsIjFiYTAxZTAxODE0ZCIsZmFsc2Vd

    you can see I am taken to the Mailpoet tracking url instead of the intended website link. If statistics are set to basic links work as expected.

    I have already tried restoring mailpoet from scratch with no behavior change.

    I’m sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue.

    Can you please send us a copy of the details found in MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Make sure to remove any personal details such as email addresses before sending it.

    Thanks for sharing the system status, I don’t see anything relevant though.

    At this point, I think that the next best step would be to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts.

    Please give that a try and keep us posted.
