Hi there @nevnor 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Is there short-code I’m to enter into my Templates Pages for this to appear?
If the other form that you have created is not appearing you could Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts to find out why it’s not appearing
Alternatively, you can add it to your site using a shortcode as you have mentioned. In this tutorial you will find the instructions to do it: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/403-types-of-forms
Cheers!

I have just tried the subscription form on your site and I couldn’t reproduce that issue. This is how it looked like for me:

Hi again @gopa4 ,
Thanks for adding the feedback request there. I will mark this thread as solved now.

Hi again,
In this case it seems like a theme related issue (since it is working fine with the default WordPress experience).
You will need to contact the theme developers (or a third-party developer) and they should be able to fix it.
You share this URL for reference with them: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list
I hope this helps!
Cheers
Hi again,
Thanks for the update.
I can see that the shortcode included in the email is OK.
That said, could you also share a screenshot of the subscriber profile by clicking “Edit” from the
MailPoet > Subscribers list? That will let me see the first name associated with that email address, as we suspect it might be saved as admin.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers
Hi there @zainubvom 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I have recently created a account with mailpoet and every time I post a blog, I have a email that I write up to go with it once it is published. but I have noticed it sending two of the same emails to each recipient every time and I am not sure how to stop it.
Can you please verify under
MailPoet > Emails > Post notificationsthat you don’t have 2 emails there? Otherwise, they would be sent twice.Cheers!

Anything you can advise? I can myself install dmarc and dkim through my microsoft panel and the approach I’ve successfully taken with all the customers with MS365. Thought maybe mail poet would be the fix but still nada.
If you refer to the domain bitterrootbotanicalsofidaho.com I can see that the records needed by the MailPoet Sending Service are not added:
- https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/mailpoet2._domainkey.bitterrootbotanicalsofidaho.com
- https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_mailpoet.bitterrootbotanicalsofidaho.com
- https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dmarc%3abitterrootbotanicalsofidaho.com&run=toolpage
Here you can read how to add those records: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc

Hi there @jonathanrama 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Having a look at the screenshots that you have shared I think that the setup is OK.
That said, I tried to register at coches.cat and I couldn’t see the MailPoet checkbox during registration. Do you still have that checkbox enabled?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @dartford5 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
What if I want to send a newsletter to more than 2,500 recipients daily? Is that possible and how much that would cost?
MailPoet Plans pricing is based in the number of subscribers. To send a daily newsletter to 2,500 recipients you will need to subscribe to a plan for up to 2,500 subscribers.
You can check them here: https://account.mailpoet.com/ and subscribe right there.
Cheers!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] DisapointingHi @phil56400 ,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with our plugin. As you have already seen in our Knowledge Base, the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) extension is required to parse HTML documents and encode/decode UTF-8 character set.
I haven’t seen other reports about this error recently and I cannot reproduce it on my test sites either. Have you checked the official PHP XML installation guide or contacted your hosting provider’s technical support?
I guess that you have already done that but I do think that contacting your hosting support is the best next step.
Cheers
Hi again @devrathankumar 👋🏽,
I would like to confirm, if I export the database with *_mailpoet, everything will come to the staging site?
Yes, that’s correct. However, if you need help with the migration you can contact your hosting support, as that it outside of our scope of support.
If you don’t feel comfortable with handling te SQL you can always use plugins like WP Migrate DB or All-in-One WP Migration for that.
I tried contacting MailPoet support with the dedicated form (as we are a premium member), but we never got help.
If you have a paid MailPoet account make sure to contact us from the email address associated with it and we’ll be glad to help: mailpoet.com/support
Cheers
Hi again @dachilledesigns ,
Sorry I published a link in my original post but it was not properly formatted. Here’s the article I wanted to reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/297-create-a-subscription-form-with-our-editor
So, under
Form Placementyou will select theShortcode & otherand then click oniFrame. You’ll then use that HTML code to insert the form on another website.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Thanks for that @larrydaniele
