In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Re-entering password normal?Hi @johhhn,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It is normal that you have to re-enter the same password to access different pages as all the links are not linked with each other, if they are connected with each other then it is an odd case.
If you need further assistance, please let us know or you can always email us at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Cookie check failedHello @sberman ,
Thank you for reaching our support! We’d be glad to help you with your concerns in any way we can!
The ‘cookie check failed’ issue is usually caused by a conflict between the user’s browser and the WordPress site & is related to an expired cache trying to load. Can you please try the following?
- Clear out all caches for your site.
- Temporarily disable any caching and optimization plugins.
- Check if the redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is working correctly.
Also, we would appreciate it if you try logging in from a different browser.
Thanks again for reaching out to our support and letting us know. For a faster and more customized response from our team, please feel free to drop us an email at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com!

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Code instructions not consistentHi @quantumgood,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
As mentioned in the article, the correct format is:
[ppwp passwords= “password1 password2”] Your content [/ppwp]
Please make sure:
– There is a space between “passwords=” and “”password…”
– You have content that you are protecting
– You close the block with the end tag [/ppwp]
If you still need further assistance here after these steps, please don’t hesitate to let us know. For more customized and efficient response, please all feel free to drop us an email at support(at)wpfolio.com.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] PWA cache issueHello @maxguerra,
We appreciate your answer, We have checked it on our end and both extensions seem working fine for us.
We would recommend you try on your end as well and if they do not seem functioning together you can try deactivating one plugin for a while and then try accessing the site to figure out if the plugin is causing issues.
For faster and more customized responses from our team, please feel free to drop us an email at support(at)wpfolio.com!Cheers,
