Hello @jvalks,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed response.
The warnings don’t seem to come from our plugins but Divi instead.
Can you please provide the following so we can assist you further:- Does the issue happen before activating our plugin?
- Does the issue happen when changing PHP version to 7.x?

Hi @geomms88,
We apologize for the delayed response.
Our Protect Videos support protecting videos that are self-hosted or hosted on Amazon S3 only.
It’s outside of our control if users host your videos on a 3rd-party hosting like Jetpack VideoPress.
You can provide a sample video URL and your use case so that we can help if possible. You can reach us at support(at)wpfolio.com for faster support.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Recommend a new FeatureHi @geomms88,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can use Quick Access Links to achieve that. Quick access links (QALs) allows users to access the protected content directly without having to enter a password. By default, a quick access link is associated with a password and generated by our PPWP plugin automatically. It is usually combined by the page URL and a random string.
Please check How to Customize Quick Access Links

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] master password not working on pagesHi Fredrik,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
With the Lite(Free) version, Master Password can be used for the Post only. To use Master Password on Pages and Custom Post Types, you will need the PPWP Pro version.
As you are using the free version, you will have to add the password for each page.References: https://passwordprotectwp.com/docs/master-passwords-unlock-all-protected-content/

In reply to: [Prevent Direct Access - Protect WordPress Files] Custom role settingsHi @iamdan,
Thank you for contacting our support.
You can grant access to your protected WordPress files by user roles with our Prevent Direct Access (PDA) Gold. But, with the PDA Membership Integration extension, you can set the permission to your custom membership types.
You can take a look at How to Encrypt WordPress Media Files
If you need further assistance or have any questions, please let us know. You can also ping us via email at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com
Hi @geomms88,
Thank you for contacting our support.
PDA Gold helps protect your WordPress files from unauthorized users. So when someone attempts to access your protected files without permission, they will be redirected to a 404 not found page.
You can click on the Settings and then enable this option

You can protect the unwanted downloads if you enable the right-click option to download in the “Other Security Options”.

Hi @madmoneymike5,

At first glance, it could be something to do with your server configurations. We can’t reproduce the issue on our end…
To assist you better, could you please provide us with the following information on the support email? As this could be your private data.
- An actual file URL.
- Some screenshots/screencasts showing the issue on your end.
You might want to send these details to our support email – hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com so that our team can support you faster.
