I understand you are currently seeing an issue where purchases are not being tracked when using the Google Analytics plugin.
You had a suspicion that the issue was due to a conflict between Google Analytics and the Cash on Delivery method. However, the purchase is expected to record with the Cash On Delivery payment method.
As a next step, I suggested you run a test purchase with another method such as Stripe payment to see if the purchase was then recorded.

For the sync problem:
Did you set all products to
Sync and showin catalog?Also, please ensure that you increase the
PHP time limitto 1200 (if not yet done), this is to ensure no timeout happens, so sync will succeed.After you have done the PHP time limit, I’d suggest that you try to create another Product Set in WooCommerce, then associate it with WooCommerce category (that has at least one product inside), then click save. Please check if this one is synced to Facebook catalog under Catalog > Sets.

Or you are simply trying to be able to manually pick the image to display for products? Can you send us a screenshot of this, so we can take a closer look? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to send screenshots here. You’ll just drag and drop the image into the window, and it will generate a URL to paste into this ticket.
If this is working as expected, but you are just looking for an added feature, It would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
