    hello,
    i have disconnected the “facebook for wocommerce plugin” with facebook and now i want to reconnect to facebook again, but plugin tell me Catalaogue Id is missing.
    Even when i create a new catalogue the plugin tells me that Catalogue ID is missing.

    please help.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Could you please try the below steps and see if this makes any difference?

    Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce under Plugins > All Plugins, and then navigate to your WordPress options page https://yoursite/wp-admin/options.php (be sure to have a backup of the site, and only edit the following fields) -In here please clear the value for the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id

wc_facebook_system_user_id

wc_facebook_business_manager_id

wc_facebook_merchant_access_token

wc_facebook_page_access_token

wc_facebook_page_id

wc_facebook_pixel_id


    If it does not show these fields, or if the fields are blank, that will be fine. Once that’s done, please re-activate Facebook for WooCommerce extension under Plugins > All Plugins and then click Get Started to re-connect to your Facebook Business Manager, select the same assets for Facebook Page, Pixel, and Catalog.

    This should ‘reset’ Facebook completely, and allow the Pixel to be re-engaged as well as the Business Manager. As long as there is a non-conflicting catalog, then it should connect.

    Please let us know the results!

    hello rafya,

    thank you for the clear instruction.
    the solution with https://yoursite/wp-admin/options.php I already have red in another forum.

    first I deleted the plugin. Then I have deleted the values in options.php of:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id

wc_facebook_system_user_id

wc_facebook_business_manager_id

wc_facebook_merchant_access_token

wc_facebook_page_access_token

wc_facebook_page_id

wc_facebook_pixel_id

    …after that I reinstalled plugin and tried to conennect to facebook again.
    the problem here is: I have already deleted the old linked catalogue.
    But anyway.. I have created a new catalogue and I tried with different pixels.
    But Error appears again.

    Could you please share a copy of any error log related to Facebook for WooCommerce, found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)?

    Please redact any private details, including address, name, email address, transaction details, etc.

    I am experiencing the same issue with error stating Catalog ID is missing. I have tried the steps listed above.

    I was previously experiencing issues with quantity not syncing up on Facebook, so I deactivated, removed and reinstalled (and updated) and when I tried to reconnect, I get that error. I’ve also deleted and recreated a new catalog on FB.
