Hi, the plugin was connected, I had to disconnect it and when I try to connect it again I get the same errors. I already tried everything but I can’t solve it, if someone finds a way please share, thanks!

First, I was instaled Facebook for woocommerce, later my facebook page was hacked and I uninstal Facebook for woocommerce. So now I have my Facebook back and tried to instal Facebook for woocommerce, but I got an error: “Could not retrieve Facebook Business Extension System User”
I have got this error:

We clean the server, but nothing happened.

I just had this problem and it was solved by going into facebooks business settings then system users and accepting some new policy. After that the plugin worked.
Hello, I broadly followed what @silentkv commented and I began to move the permissions and assets of the users, people and partners of the page, in my case there are only two of us and I granted the permissions and administrator actions to both and updated, I went back to woocomerce and redid the link and now if it worked, I was approved fine, it seems to me that the error is in those permissions that must be reviewed one by one. I solved it this way, I don’t know exactly what they were but you can try that way and see if it helps you, thanks.
