Do you mean you did not check the option, or you don’t have it at all from the payment gateway plugin you are using to process payments?

We have seen different users fix this problem different ways.
As a next step to troubleshoot this problem, please navigate to your Facebook
Ads section and registered the two-factor authentication and a payment method (if not yet done).Let us know if that fixed it.

A mismatch of pricing could be that a product sync to update the price of the product doesnât work well.
Could you please send me a copy of your siteâs System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select âGet system reportâ and then âCopy for supportâ. Once youâve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
With that, we can have a look at the system status report to see if it’s configured with enough resources for the sync.

Hi @fabianococozza,
It looks like the customer attempted placing an order with a method like Apple Pay, while your site domain has not yet been verified with Apple Pay.
Please log into the site and disabled the Express Checkout settings and then enabled those again. Next, verify the domain with Apple Pay (if not yet done) and place a test order.
Let us know how that goes.

WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. If you have this plugin active, deactivating it and trying to trigger a manual would be a good first step.

It looks like the Facebook connection didnât set up correctly.
Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:
- Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
- Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
- Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click âGet Startedâ again
If you were previously successfully connect, do the following additional steps:
- Go to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for
wc_facebook_external_business_id - Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q â 13-digit random string
You may also want to make sure the site is in English and that the currency is USD to test it out. Please do not enable Instagram when setting the plugin up.

Looking at the system status report, you don’t have any other payment gateways installed. With that being said, I assume you are using the WooCommerce built-in payment methods. Is that the case?
If yes, you may want to review the configuration of the payment methods.
Else, You can view available payment methods here and install them: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/
Please confirm which method is currently enabled on your site.
