    Missing or invalid information causes for us sync of product issue – basically wehave 1500 items in our website and only 8 are available in our facecebook / instashop

    Hi @kenza15,

    I understand you are facing a sync problem as seen in the image below:

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    I found this query on the support page for Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce, which has the same error message referenced: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/universal-ids-are-missing-brand-gtin-mpn/

    If you have this plugin active, deactivating it and trying to trigger a manual would be a good first step.
