Hi @gabrielbojor,
The language files for Stripe are located under
plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/languages. You will need to use a localization method in order to translate these files into the words of your choice. You can do this by using a free translation plugin like Loco Translate. I know it may sound strange to “translate” your own language, but it works. 😊 This will allow you to find that phrase and change it to be what you’d like.
I hope that helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Very Poor Speed and PerformanceHi @mattbpro,
Thanks for sharing the System Status Report.
As a next step, I recommend you get in touch with your hosting company to see if there is a caching service enabled on your site.
Also, if they have anything in the logs, they may share it with you.
We are not able to replicate this locally.

This seems to be a restriction on Facebook’s end.
I would recommend reaching out to them (Facebook support) to let them know that this is a feature you want to see in newer versions of Facebook Commerce.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Server Sending Invalid Key ParameterHi @rianrismawati09,
Sorry for the delay on this request.
The question is, is this method safe on paid ads?
Do you mean if the Facebook for WooCommerce is safe to use with paid ads? If that is the question, yes, the Facebook for WooCommerce is an official and popular extension used by merchants with paid ads.
For the Error message you are getting.
Server Sending Invalid Key Parameter
Thanks for reaching out to us! We’ve had a few merchants mention this issue so far, and we have raised a support request with the Facebook team that is still ongoing.
The initial response from the Facebook team has been that this error should not occur that often. They think it could be related to customers using ad-blockers. They advise that you can clear the issue by clicking the Resolve button in the Events Manager and see if it error continues to appear going forward.
We’ve asked the Facebook team if we can see some logging from their side to try and troubleshoot our plugin further, but due to privacy concerns, it’s not possible for them to share this information with us.
As such, if you’d like to raise this further, I recommend reaching out to the Facebook team directly at: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/552096935652452
Please make sure to include your Pixel ID, a screenshot of the error, and mention that the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin uses the Server to Server API for recording these events.
To summarize, the issue need to be fixed on the Facebook side.
I hope this helps.
Hi @sanchitgoyal,
When you say “Plugin not sending “add to cart” data correctly via pixel” do you mean the events are not sent, or they are being sent, but the count is not correct?
Additionally, please visit the Test Events tab from your Facebook Event Manager, open your website in a new window and test out the Add to Cart event?
While in the Event Manager page, please check the Diagnostics tab to see if there are any issues displayed there. The tabs look like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/L1uJWrGj
It will be helpful if you attach screenshots of the tabs content in your reply in case the problem still persists.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Unable to fill “year” field by PCHey @art3misia,
I’ve tried to replicate this behavior both from Mobile and Desktop, but I’m unable to replicate. Entering the expiry date of the card worked just fine.
I recommend trying this via
Incognitomode or testing from a different device. You may want to consider clearing your browser cache too.
