    Hi Everybody,

    I’m trying to connect Facebook and Woocommerce. The connection steps was succesfully done but in the summary page the connection info is completely blank. Pixel doesn’t work e we can’t see Facebook Product Catalog.

    How can i solve?

    It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.

    Here’s a few steps you can take to fix this:

    • Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    • Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
    • Go to to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
    • Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
    • Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

    In case the behavior persists, to better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.

    To find the generated logs:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Facebook log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
    3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

    Howdy,

    The error you get Could not refresh business configuration. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 0 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    is a “sudden death” when Facebook for WooCommerce tries to connect. Something is blocking the connection. Do you have any Firewall plugin you can temporarily deactivate and then check again?
    Could you ask your hosting provider if their server firewall is maybe being over eager?
