Are you able to consistently reproduce the behavior? Are you seeing any error from the logs under:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs?If it works just fine sometimes, that could be caused by some conflict on the site.

Everything was done, but the plugin only shows as a custom events the category pages. Nothing else tracks as the real thing (product view, ad to cart)
Do you mean the plugin is not tracking events, but the connection and sync is all good?
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Thanks!

What happens when you attempt changing the settings to
Sync and show? Is the status never changing after you save changes?Which version of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension are you using?
Does creating a new test product set it directly to sync and show?

I do get this error message when I update the products: Facebook for WooCommerce error:
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘5740053982686752’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-apiIs the Error code 524? This specific error seems to be coming from Cloudflare. Do you have Cloudflare active? In case you do, if you temporarily disable Cloudflare, does publishing a product work better then?

To clarify, you’re seeing a field called Sale Price, and the value of the field is equal to the regular price, not the sale price you’ve set in WooCommerce for some products?
Are you using any plugins for the discount rule, or you are just using WooCommerce core feature?
Did you notice anything common to the products where it did not work?
As a test, would you please try the following steps?
- Create 2 new test products (one simple and one variable)
- Set a Sale Price on the products on the Product Data tab of the Edit Product screen (do not use a discount plugin)
- Check to see if the correct sale price comes in under View more fields
Please let me know if that sale price comes through correctly, or if you have any questions along the way.

Thanks for the system status. With Facebook for WooCommerce, CAPI is sent directly by the plugin and there is no setup you need to do, all is configured by the plugin itself.

As a next step, set the Facebook and the site language, and retry the connection again.
Please note that WooCommerce for Facebook does not support Instagram at this time, and you should not select Instagram as an option when presented with it.
