Restricted FB account cannot connect FB to Woocommerce

    I don’t know if FB may be the issue since they restricted my account to prevent ad and business page. I run business page on IG & FB advertising holistic work like reiki and yoga along with eCommerce shop. I cannot connect the FB, IG, to woocommerce to activate shop buttons.

    Hi @mind88z,

    You guessed it right! Facebook account restriction is something you can discuss with the Facebook support team. We (at WooCommerce) don’t have access to that information.
