    I installed the plugin, i followed all the steps, I checked the pixel connection in Fabebook business manager. Everything was done but the plugin only shows as a custom events the category pages. Nothing else tracks as the real thing (product view, ad to cart).

    What can I do, the documentation is lacking

    Do you mean the plugin is not tracking events, but the connection and sync is all good?

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hi once more,

    We are very sorry for the turnaround on this reply – our system buggered out and did not notify us of any updates.

    If you are still experiencing this issue, please be sure to update Facebook to 2.6.14 as .13 handled a lot of Pixel related items, and .14 handled more sync items with products and sets incorrectly being synced and viewed on Facebook.

    After the update if the issue still persists please let us know!
