have you translated the Filter Preset? If not, please check in WPML > Settings if you have enabled the translation for YITH Preset and then try to translate it in YITH > Ajax Product Filter > Preset.

the problem is that this shortcode don’t use the standard main query so the plugin don’t understand that a filer is already enabled.
To doing that you need to customize the plugin, probably you should try to ask for a developer here: job.wordpress.net

the problem may be how the shortcode is loading the template. usually the plugin shows exactly the selected categories and subcategories, so it is a problem related to the theme template. What theme are you using?Why you are using a builder? Need a customization? When possible it’s better to use the standard template.

are you using a shortcode so the plugin don’t understand which filters was enabled. The page have the same slug of official category? If yes we can try to use this slug to force it.
Could you share with me a screenshot about the shortcode you are using, the page slug and the category slug, please?
Why you are using the shortcode instead of the standard page? Needs a customization? When possible it’s better to use the standard page instead of a customized one.

thanks for explain it to me again. Now I understand the issue.
You have set all options to required
But the radio button allow to you to select only one option, for this reason the plugin fails. For now it’s not possible to set the Radio option like “set at least one option”.
A workaround to doing that is to:
1. Sett all required option to NO
2. Set the first radio button option to “selected by default” [SCREENSHOT]In this way the customer found the radio button selected by default (with the first option) and don’t forget to select it.
I know that it’s not the same but is the only available solution for now. I send your reporting to our developers for a future improvement of this feature.

I think that the theme, or another plugin, cause a conflict with our plugin. If you have a staging website, please try to disable all plugins and look if only with WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Waiting List works fine. If not, try to use a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront.

Please note: if you haven’t a staging website you should create one with a plugin called WP Staging (or something similar).

I think the issue it’s not realated to radio button, you simply need to select all required add-ons.
In the first add-ons block you have an add-on without default option, so if you don’t select it you can’t add the product to the cart.
Look this video, please.
Like you can see the add-on called: Ζάχαρη haven’t an option selected by default, this cause the issue. In my video you should see that I choose one of this and then works fine.
