Hi there,
did you check if the product (where the form is not shown) has a price set?
hi yes, I check all variations have price sets you can check also from your side in frontend when choosing
can you check further i will give u access
hi there,
providing access here is against the rules of this forum sorry.
I checked the two links you gave me and the articles both seem to be available so the waiting list cannot appear. Would you send me a link to an unavailable product?
this is shown – https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/shop/women/zermatt-2/
this is not shown – https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/shop/women/berlin/
please check again both have some products not available
check RED with 36 in https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/shop/women/berlin/
which is not available but the waitlist is not shown
but in this – https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/shop/women/zermatt-2/ when you will chose black 36 it will show a waitlist both products have the same category and same things some variations have stock and some not
but waitlist show in second not in first
Hi there,
I think that the theme, or another plugin, cause a conflict with our plugin. If you have a staging website, please try to disable all plugins and look if only with WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Waiting List works fine. If not, try to use a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront.
Let me know if works. Thanks
Please note: if you haven’t a staging website you should create one with a plugin called WP Staging (or something similar).
Hi there,
We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved.
