I’m sorry but you post a wrong url but, in general, like Alessio wrote it’s possible to enable the plugin ONLY if you have the pagination and, like you wrote, the related products haven’t it.
I can’t provide to you a custom code because the pagination is a requirements of our plugin, without it the plugin can’t works.

creo que el problema està relacionado con la pagina que crea el tema. El plugin busca un wrapper llamado #content y parece que esto falta en tu tema. Yo puedo enviarte un codigo para solucionarlo PERO necesito ver la pagina de la tienda de tu sitio web para buscar en nombre correcto del wrapper.

Are you sure the vendor that return a 404 not found page have the shop owner set? Or have the sell capabilities?However, with the premium version you can open a ticket in our support dashboard and normally we solve this kind of issues very fast 🙂
