In htis case the only solution is to order the terms in the admin area if possible, for WordPress each term is a string not a number.You can reorder the terms in the admin area of course, look this screenshot please.

in order to translate and get the language file you should visit the translate.wordpress.org platform.
Here you could translate all plugins and download the po/mo file for your plugins.
For the YITH WooCommerce Added to cart popup, that we only have the commercial version, you should visit our translate platform that works in the same way.

there are several issue lookup table that WooCommerce introduce in the latest release. There are an option to regenerate it in WooCommerce > Status > Tools, this fix the issue.Please note that this probably occurs with the official WooCommerce filters, so it’s not a problem of our plugin but a general issue.
