Just to check, does the full error show as
Buy on Google: MCA over capacity?If yes, this is a known issue regarding a limit that’s reached when a certain quota on our side is reached. Kindly note that our Google Listings & Ads plugin does not support Buy on Google, and this warning does not affect the plugin’s functionalities.
If you’re using Buy on Google, please let us know so that we can guide you on the next step. If you’re not using Buy on Google, you can ignore the warning for now – it will not affect the features offered by the plugin.

Taking a look at the logs, it seems that your site is no longer connected to your Google Account:
{“statusCode”:401,”error”:”Unauthorized”,”message”:”Site is not connected to Google account for google-mc”}Kindly go to this page – example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replacing example.com with your domain) and click the Connect Google Account button:

As the issue seems only to be affecting specific customers, it might be a browser/device-related issue.
Could you try to get some additional information from these customers such as:
* The browser(s) they’re using, and the type of device.
* What happens when they try paying through another browser
* If they have any browser extensions that block pop-ups, or if they see a notification that their browser has blocked a pop-up?Thanks.

Yes, one other way to trigger a bulk sync is by doing a bulk edit to your products. This should trigger the products to sync again automatically.

i wait 24 hour and no products sync again.
Normally, syncing can take 1-2 days on the higher side. When you go to WP-Admin → Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed and scroll down to the Product Feed section, what’s the status of your products?
