Woo app doesn’t recognize my jetpack

Hello,

I followed all instarction to install Jetpeck, but the Woo app doesn’t recognize my jetpack connection.

I followed the troubleshooting tips here:

Among them-
1. I connected the jetpack to wordpress
2. I deleted the jetpack plugin and than reinstalled it
3. I turned off all other plugins except woocommerce and jetpack
4. I reached the Jetpeck support and they answered that from what they see, the connection works great.

Please help me.

If it matters- my site theme is Astra and my server is Cloudways.
