Thanks for getting back @lovelyanjali,
I took a look at the System Status Report, particularly your setup of WooCommerce Payments.
### WooCommerce Payments ###
Version: 4.1.0
Connected to WPCOM: NoIt appears that your site is not yet connected to WordPress.com at the moment.
This connection is necessary for the WooCommerce Payments extension to work as expected. We have some additional information on how to connect here – https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/connection/
That said, the issue here is that you’re getting the error “Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://www.lovelyillustrationbd.com [HTTP 404]”
I would suggest trying the following:
* Try installing Jetpack and logging into your WordPress.com account using it and retry the setup
* If the above fails, check your connection health here –
https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https://www.lovelyillustrationbd.comPlease let us know how it goes, and if the error is present, please leave the Jetpack plugin activated so that we’re able to run the debugger on our end too.
We’ll be happy to assist further.
Cheers!Hi @webinbox,
I understand that you’re concerned about the Google Pay button placement at the top of the page.
At the moment, this is the default placement of the express checkout buttons (Apple Pay, Google Pay):
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/QipE0RYou can alter this design through custom code.
Note that we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy (https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/). However, we recommend getting in touch with a WooExpert on our customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/).
Thanks.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Plugin cannot setupThanks for sharing the screenshots @jaco45!
The issue you mentioned about pages “hanging” is seemingly not only affecting Google Listings & Ads, but it’s also affecting WooCommerce.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Agufi8In this case, we’d like to take a closer check as it seems several things are getting stuck loading.
Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.
You may need to log in to your WooCommerce.com account or create a new account before accessing the page above.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can’t finish setupHi @mansemat,
We understand how this can feel, and most of the time, it’s usually due to a connection issue.
Could you check the status of all your connections on this page to see if there’s anything that’s not correctly connected?
example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page
**(replace example.com with the site’s domain)**
If need be, you can disconnect from some services and try to reconnect. Lastly, remember to give the WooCommerce app all permissions when connecting it to Google:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/fGXIqwI hope this helps with the setup, but you’re welcome to create a support thread if you face further challenges – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/#new-topic-0.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Plugin cannot setupHi @brianjstarr,
I’m making a separate reply so that we do not accidentally hijack the OPs thread. But could you also try the above recommendation to check/test your connection? If need be, disconnect and reconnect your services.
If the issue is not resolved, please create a new thread so that we can check further, but most importantly on a separate thread – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/#new-topic-0
Thanks.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Plugin cannot setupHi @jaco45,
I understand how it feels with the setup process hanging.
Just to check, is this the step where your setup has gotten stuck?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/6WQbp1If yes, please let us know which services you’ve already connected to and which ones still remain.
If you’ve already passed this stage, kindly check your connection here –
https://www.optishop.co.za/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-pageYou will be able to access more functionalities on that page for checking the status of each connection as well as disconnecting some services to reconnect again – if necessary.
Lastly, be sure to grant WooCommerce all permissions when connecting:

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Sync items saying not syncedThanks for getting back @dazsmodels.
one error message i dont understand is This value should not be blank [image]
Could you share with us a screenshot of the error message?
is there a button in google listing ads to refresh as i cant find one there or merchant centre
Syncing should happen automatically – (a) when you update your product page, (b) daily at 3 AM (store time).
For reference – https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads-faqs/#section-8As you mentioned that the errors persist, we may want to check if the sync tasks are failing in the action scheduler. For now, could you check whether when you go to WooCommerce → Status → Action Scheduler you can see Failed actions related to Google Listings & Ads? If there are none, it will mean that the product updates are being synced.
Please let us know what you find so that we can guide you on the next steps.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce connection problemHi @icmimaronline,
I understand that you’ve repeatedly tried to set up Facebook for WooCommerce, but in all cases, your Facebook connection values seem not to be stored.
We’ll want to check further in this case, and I would recommend creating a ticket with us here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
We’ll be happy to assist further from there.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Fatal Error on plugin updateHi there @bexmarie,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Any reason as to WHY that happened or how to prevent it going forward?
The causes may vary, but most of the time it’s due to server-related issues such as permissions.
For now, I would recommend retrying the update as my colleague mentioned, or updating the plugin via FTP (here’s an article on that).
If the issue persists or happens when updating another plugin, I would then suggest checking with your host.
But let us know how it goes when you retry the update.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Sync items saying not syncedThanks for getting back.
If the list doesn’t change, it’s also likely that the issues have not been resolved, but I also get your perspective that it might also appear that the products are not syncing if you’re indeed trying to resolve the issue.
In this case, I would suggest isolating a few products that have an issue to resolve.
Go to the product page and be sure to address the issue(s) to resolve as highlighted on Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed, then click the update button.
After a while (1-2 days on the higher side), check whether the few products have been updated on Google and the issues to resolve have cleared.
Kindly let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Sync items saying not syncedThanks for checking that.
If the products are already set to sync and show but are not showing on Google’s side, there are two things to check:
* Have you set the products to this visibility option status recently? If yes, note that it may take 1-2 days for the products to fully sync – https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#channel-visibility
* Are you seeing any sync errors reported when you go to Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed → Issues to resolve?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Woocommerce Express CheckoutHi @towaiji,
I believe that you’re seeing something like this on your checkout page:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/FhY9SCNormally, we don’t offer CSS customization support, especially to hide elements. However, we’ll make an exception here. Thus, as a bandaid solution, you can hide the express checkout section using the following:
Please open the Customizer ( https://wordpress.com/customize/ ) → Additional CSS and add this code at the bottom:
/* disabling express checkout | 4917035-zen AW*/ .wp-block-woocommerce-checkout-express-payment-block { display: none; }In case you want to enable express checkout, you will want to remove the above CSS code.
I’ll also be checking further on this.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Sync items saying not syncedHi @dazsmodels,
You can go to Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed then select the products that are not synced and set their channel visibility to “Sync and Show”
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/ShbLXWKindly be sure to check that you’ve completed these steps before syncing the products – https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#general-requirements.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Product Pages shows Do not sync and cant be changedHi @chapaaijaipur,
I’ll reply to the above questions here, but kindly in case you have a follow-up question, please create a new thread – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/#new-topic-0
What I observe it that when we mark the products out of stock, at the same time its status is automatically change to ‘Do not sync’. Due to this the stock status is not get updated in facebook catalog because it is marked as ‘Do not sync’.
The plugin is set to check the stock status of products, and not to sync products that are out of stock. However, when you update your product on WooCommerce, the product should automatically get synced on Facebook.
I believe, in this extension it is coded as, once product got stock out it status change to ‘Do not sync’, Instead of this if you can mark it ‘Sync and hide’, this should serve both the purpose.
Thanks for the suggestion! It would be great if you shared it on our ideas board for further checks by our developers – https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce
