    hello

    please can you advise how to re sync items that say not synced.

    from 2000 items i only have roughly 380 items and trying to fix this

    Hi @dazsmodels,

    You can go to Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed then select the products that are not synced and set their channel visibility to “Sync and Show”

    All items are set to sync and show hence posting on here with a questkon

    Thanks for checking that.

    If the products are already set to sync and show but are not showing on Google’s side, there are two things to check:

    * Have you set the products to this visibility option status recently? If yes, note that it may take 1-2 days for the products to fully sync – https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#channel-visibility
    * Are you seeing any sync errors reported when you go to Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed → Issues to resolve?

    There are some issues to resolve but its either im not completing them correctly or th3 list doesnt update it never changes.

    If the list doesn’t change, it’s also likely that the issues have not been resolved, but I also get your perspective that it might also appear that the products are not syncing if you’re indeed trying to resolve the issue.

    In this case, I would suggest isolating a few products that have an issue to resolve.

    Go to the product page and be sure to address the issue(s) to resolve as highlighted on Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed, then click the update button.

    After a while (1-2 days on the higher side), check whether the few products have been updated on Google and the issues to resolve have cleared.

    one error message i dont understand is This value should not be blank [image]

    the images are not blank or does it mean something else

    i have struggled to get the errors to reduce as i fixed some ad those errors still exist it says

    is there a button in google listing ads to refresh as i cant find one there or merchant centre

    Could you share with us a screenshot of the error message?

    Syncing should happen automatically – (a) when you update your product page, (b) daily at 3 AM (store time).

    As you mentioned that the errors persist, we may want to check if the sync tasks are failing in the action scheduler. For now, could you check whether when you go to WooCommerce → Status → Action Scheduler you can see Failed actions related to Google Listings & Ads? If there are none, it will mean that the product updates are being synced.

    @abwaita I am having the same problem. Brand new items (plus some that were added but longer than 2 days from today) are set to Sync & Show automatically but the Product Feed still have them listed as “Not Synced”

    How do I force the new items to resync to Google?

    @spraveenitpro I do that nothong happens. The product’s status stay on ‘Not Synced’. I had an issue with 4 products doing this so I was told to reconnect my accounts and now all my products status says ‘not synced’

    Hi I am having the same issue, I connect my merchant account however non of my products are syncing. Can someone please help me with this, I have moved my store from shopify and google merchant works when I relink to my old shopify store, but when I reconnect to wordpress “not synced”
