In reply to: [WooCommerce] api keyHi @maddendarwich,
Regarding the appointment, we’ll get back to you!
* If you have access to the Snipboard profile used while taking the screenshot above, please delete the image.Lastly, let us know though if you have further questions about your setup, given the explanation provided by my colleague above.
Thanks.
Thanks @stefanozinnanti for getting back.
Looking at the error log that you’ve shared, it does seem that the issue is stemming from Dokan Pro, specifically, the Stripe module, as Roxanne had observed:
WeDevs\DokanPro\Modules\StripeI would recommend reaching out to the plugin authors of Dokan, WeDevs, to have a look at what could be happening here. As you’re using their Pro version, you can get assistance directly on their support page – https://wedevs.com/account/tickets.
Remember to mention to them that the issue seems to occur when using Dokan Pro with the most recent version of WooCommerce.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Displaying selected options (Variations) in Single Product PageHi @rf1mats!
This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave the thread open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well. Thanks, @yuehlia for sharing those screenshots.
Indeed, it seems that the
supportcoupon code won’t apply on this product. If the screenshots shared are for this coupon, then it is not working as expected. There is no restriction for any product yet it shows this when we try to use the coupon:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/IUClzQFrom here, I would suggest doing a conflict test just in case there’s another tool interfering with the coupons feature.
The best way to do the conflict test is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Try using the coupon code on a product that’s not restricted
* If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
* To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
**Note:** You can conflict test on a staging site, if you’d not like to interfere with your production site. If you currently don’t have a staging site, you can spin one up with the WP Staging plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Media Images not been displayed on websiteHi @atstoreindia,
Just to check, did you try the suggestion by @margaretwporg – delete the image, add it afresh to your media library, then update your product image to the new image?
If yes, I can see that you’re using “LiteSpeed Cache: by LiteSpeed Technologies – 4.6”, which might be serving a cached version of the product page before you updated the image.
Could you first purge all cache from LiteSpeed cache then check whether the issue persists when you open the product page on an incognito/private browser window?
If the issue persists, can you share with us a screenshot the edit product page for this product – https://atcasa.co.in/shop/floral-soft-phone-cases/ ?
**I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.**
Be sure to include the product image section.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] express checkoutThanks for your review, @webinteractiva!
It seems that you’re not seeing the express payment buttons on your product, cart, or checkout pages. There can be a few reasons why they’re not shown – ranging from whether they’ve been enabled in your Stripe settings to whether there’s a payment card added to the browsers you’re checking with.
I would recommend creating a thread here so that we can assist further with the buttons – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/#new-topic-0.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can not complete setupThanks for your review @kyarbough!
I understand that you faced an issue with your setup – you didn’t use Jetpack and you were getting an error about Jetpack info not loading.
Please note that you need to connect your site to WordPress.com when setting up. You can use the Jetpack plugin to facilitate this connection when setting up a WordPress.org site.
Once you have connected Jetpack and signed into a WordPress.com account, please go through the Google Listings & Ads setup again and create a new thread if you run into any challenges.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] MwSt.-Hinweis bei VersandkostenHi @beymedia,
In many shops, including the “big ones”, I see that there is no additional VAT reference (incl. VAT or contains a certain amount of VAT) for the shipping costs.
In my Woo Shop, however, this note is also displayed for the shipping costs in the shopping cart and at the checkout. Is there a way to hide this notice?
I understand that you’re seeing some text saying incl. VAT alongside your shipping rates, something like this:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/e77WIIKindly note that this is expected when you set the tax settings to show prices in cart/checkout including tax.
If you change the tax settings in WooCommerce → Settings → Tax to show prices on cart/checkout “Excluding tax”, this will be the outcome:

Thanks @gomlitna for getting back!
Problem not solved
Just to check, did you try reconnecting the Google account, and then if that failed, did you try the step to reconnect the Google Listings & Ads extension afresh?
I can see that you’re lacking the Jetpack plugin which is essential for this connection and one of the errors says:
2022-05-18T12:51:22+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Notes\NoteInitializer::add_notes Please reconnect your Jetpack account. Therefore, kindly try going through these steps and let us know the ones you’ve tried if the issue persists:
* Install/Activate Jetpack and connect your WordPress.com account
* Go to example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replacing example.com with your domain)
* Check Google Account connection status – if it not connected, click the connect button.
* Check your Jetpack connection – if it is not connected, click the button to connect Jetpack.
* If both Jetpack and Google are connected but you’re still getting the same errors as before, you will want to disconnect Google Listings & Ads and reconnect afresh.Thanks.
